My family had bought me a JUUL multi-flavor set as way to help me lay off of cigarettes. One of the pods(Virginia Tobacco) was leaking when I pulled it out of the package. When I tried starting the leaking pod replace process. It wouldn't take because it says that the JUUL Serial number belongs to someone else. When I tried to register the device's warranty it said that it was already replaced or something of that nature. I have pictures of all * boxes*barcodes together and the JUUL Device in my hand showing the barcode. When it was given to me it was brand new in box. I would like the Company to stand by it's product.
GetHuman2615397 did not yet indicate what Juul should do to make this right.
