I have * juul devices, all of which I have owned for less than a year. And Juul has indeed been the key for me in stopping smoking, cold turkey. However, ALL of my devices are ceasing to hold a charge. I'm lucky if any of them will hold a charge for more than an hour. I'd like to replace all of them, but to do that I have to register them, and the serial numbers are so small that I (at age **) cannot read them. Also, the warranty policy only allows me to replace one every so often, and by the time that time expires many of them will be out of warranty. I want to know if this is normal - and if there's a way to get them replaced without having to figure out a way to register them without serial numbers.
