Hello. Today I spent $** on two packs of mango pods. (The * packs) in my area they are extremely hard to find. I opened one pack, extremely excited that I finally found them. It definitely doesn’t taste like mango, it tastes like fruit medley. I cleaned out my juul with a dry cotton swab to make sure my connection was clean and tried again. Still tasted terrible. I opened the other pack, hoping it was just a bad pod. The other pack tastes the exact same. I’m not sure if these packs are just bad batches, or what is going on. This smoke shop is not the usual place I buy my pods but like I said, they are hard to find and no one else has them. I already put in two replacement requests on your website for each box with the box codes and all that information. I’m just hoping to maybe get replacements? I will send these ones in to you, seeing as they are defective. I would really appreciate this. This is my favorite flavor and I spent so much money on these and I really can’t smoke these they taste so terrible ): please get back to me when you can.
