I have a maroon Juul, after the gas station nearby my house stopped selling due to teens in the area trying to get away with not having their ID, I joined the *auto ship and received the Juul which I fell in love with. I previously had a silver one and when I went to claim warranty because it stopped charging, I received a regular one in the mail. I am reaching out for a number of reasons.*The first one being that I would like to return the regular colored Juul and claim the silver one. *The second being that my maroon one has stopped working. I pushed up through the bottom where the charging port is to clean the inside where the pod is placed and as I took it out more to see why it wasn't lighting up, I discovered that the waxish paper surrounding the inside was "melted" into the device and could tell that the reason I had a hard time removing the inside was because it had been jammed. It's difficult to explain, so I can provide videos and pictures of its current state.
