Hello we got some juul pods locally, mango flavor, and they feel defective. We were trying two, on different devices, and we barely got a few hits before one of them fully ran out. On average, one out of every five hits actually provided some vapor, if that. The flavor and drag feels different as well. The devices themselves are fully charged. We've tried with another flavor, fruit medley, from a different pack and it was fine. Overall, it feels like this pack is defective in some way and we're disappointed with the quality we've come to expect from juul devices. Batch serial from the bar code is *************. Hopefully, there is a known issue with this batch and we can get reimbursed with a new set of pods. Thank you for your help. Regards, Gabriel.
