Help with my Juul issue

How did GetHuman-jsophie do it?

The issue in GetHuman-jsophie's own words
I placed my first order (*R*********) on ********. I was surprised with pleasure that I made smooth transition to juul from ** years of smoking cigarettes. The problem I found was with a third pod from Mango. It leaked severely. I always put my device upright because I was warned before that it could leak. No matter how long I wait until trying to see if it leaks, it leaked more and more. I tried to **** it slow and soft, wipe it, separate it and plug it back. It continuously leaked. Every leak was paralyzing to my tongue and mouth, and eventually my face got swollen with hives as I was intoxicated with nicotine concentration entered in my system. And of course, I didn't swallow any of the leak and washed my mouth with water every time. The pod was about **% full and it was the new one that was replaced in the morning on the same day. I will continuously use juul. But this defected pod was damaging and unpleasant. If this is what happens in every * pods, I will not be able to trust juul products. I request a new * pods pack (Mango) sent to me as a replacement. I have one Mango pod left that I don't plan to use. I can send it to you with leaking pod if you also send return label. Thank you and have a happy holiday.
