I have been using Juul devices since they initially launched and found them to be effective in helping me quit smoking. However, in the past 6 months, I have encountered consistent issues with burnt, yellow, or foul-tasting pods. I have purchased over 30 packs during this time, only to find them leaky or with a disgusting flavor. This experience is not just mine, but also shared by my colleagues who vape Juul. It is disappointing to have spent so much money on what seems to be defective pods. The current quality of the pods is extremely unsatisfactory, leaving an unpleasant taste. It is concerning that many others may be facing the same problem with their pods.

Hello, I am a frequent Juul user and recently purchased a pack of Cool Mint pods. When I opened the package and inserted the first cartridge, it had a burnt taste and irritated my throat. The liquid also had a brown color. Upon checking, all the pods in the pack exhibited the same brown/burnt appearance. This experience is disappointing, considering the cost of $21 for 4 unusable pods. I am a loyal Juul customer, buying a 4-pack weekly, and facing the prospect of having to switch to a different product due to this issue. I would appreciate any assistance. I placed my first order (#R[redacted]93) on December 13th, [redacted]. Transitioning smoothly from smoking to Juul after 10 years was a pleasant surprise. However, I experienced a severe leak with the third Mango pod, even though I always store my device upright to prevent leaks. Despite waiting and trying various methods to stop the leaking, it kept getting worse. The continuous leaks caused discomfort, swelling, and hives due to the nicotine concentration. I didn't swallow any of the leaking liquid and rinsed my mouth with water after each incident. The pod was nearly 70% full and had been replaced that same morning. While I intend to keep using Juul, this faulty pod was troubling. If this issue persists with every third pod, my trust in Juul products may diminish. I kindly request a replacement pack of four Mango pods be sent to me. I have one unused Mango pod left that I can return along with the faulty one if a return label is provided. Hello, my name is Alex. I am having trouble accessing the JUUL website because it doesn't recognize me as a 21-year-old. I have been using JUUL products for a while and usually buy them from Sheetz. Lately, I have noticed that the JUUL pods I purchased are leaking fluid, with at least 2 out of every pack being unusable. I am concerned about getting sick from the leaked liquid. Unfortunately, I cannot file a claim on the website due to the ID recognition issue. I am disappointed to spend $20 on products that are not meeting expectations.

I was given a Juul starter kit as a Christmas gift from my fiance. Sadly, three out of the four pods in the kit leak into my mouth and Juul. A 2-pack of fruit pods was also purchased, and only one leaked. I'm struggling to contact Juul directly because these were gifts and I discarded the packaging in my excitement to use the Juul. I'm a new user and didn't realize I needed to keep the packaging. I'm willing to send back the faulty pods as I am disappointed in the quality of the ones I received. I hope this isn't a widespread issue as I have been eager to own a Juul for a long time.

I purchased a battery and a pack of cool mint pods eight hours ago. Unfortunately, the first pod I tried is leaking quite badly, especially when I puff on it. The liquid leaks all around the sides, bottom near the contacts, and inside where the pod sits. I pulled out a second one, checked the contacts, and without even using it, it's also leaking at the contacts.

I successfully quit smoking for seven months thanks to your mango Juul Pods. I am disappointed that they have been discontinued due to concerns about children's access. I urge the company to take responsibility for this problem without affecting other customers. It's ironic that children are drawn to smoking through various products, including traditional cigarettes and other e-cigarette brands. I find it baffling that the company has opted for mint and tobacco flavors as their primary options.

I have attempted to sign up and verify my age twice, once with my age and my wife's age, as we are both over 21. However, the process is not working. Additionally, two of my Juul pods are not functioning properly, as the Juul system blinks yellow 5 times when I insert them, unlike the other two pods which work fine. Despite visiting the vape shop where I purchased the system and pods, they were unable to resolve the issue, and the system started blinking a strange blue color. I am having difficulty reaching the company to request replacements. I am requesting replacement pods and perhaps a few extra as compensation for the inconvenience I have faced in seeking assistance for this matter.

I wanted to share a story about why it's important for teens to avoid using juuls. At 16, after using juuls for a few months, I woke up with severe chest pain and difficulty breathing. I ended up in the hospital where they discovered a hole in my lung caused by juuls, leading to a collapsed left lung. I've been in pain for days, and although breathing is improving, it's been a tough experience. I've been educating other teens about the risks of juuls, and some are stopping. I just felt it was important to share this cautionary tale. Thanks.

Hello, I am trying to reach out to Juul support as I have misplaced my Juul for the past 4 days. Despite registering my device on the website and providing my ID for age verification (I am 24), I received an email saying my age could not be verified. I am unsure why this is the case. I am interested in registering my Juul to potentially get a replacement for my lost device. Currently, I have 2 Juul pod packs but no battery to use them. I am frustrated with the lack of functionality in the product I purchase from your company each month. The high price and seemingly large profit margin only add to my disappointment. The constant leaking issues with the pods have significantly reduced the value of the product. Despite using the product to try and adjust my lifestyle, I have had to discard several malfunctioning devices over the past few months, leading me to seek alternative options. I question the fairness of continuously paying for a faulty product, given the company's substantial profits and seemingly low manufacturing costs. I am seeking suggestions on why the product's vapor production decreases after a short period, why the pods leak, and occasionally arrive empty, and why the high price does not align with the product's quality. I recently purchased a JUUL, and it was delivered on Thursday, January 17th. Unfortunately, the device got accidentally sucked up by a car vacuum due to its sleek design. I didn't register for the warranty, but I'm unsure if it covers accidental damage like this. I had purchased a starter pack with four JUUL pods, three of which remain. Although I am unsure about the warranty, I still appreciate JUUL as a quality product and will continue to support it. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share my experience as a Juul user facing a concerning issue. Living in Australia where purchasing your products is not possible, I turned to various websites and third-party vendors to obtain them. While successful with some, I recently encountered a website based in China selling what they claim to be authentic Juul products. Upon receiving a large order from them, I quickly realized they were counterfeit. Despite my request for a refund going unanswered, I am keen on having these products inspected for potential investigation by your team. I would happily send them to you for analysis, along with all relevant details, in the hopes of shutting down this illegitimate operation. This situation troubles me deeply as it not only tarnishes your brand's reputation but also raises concerns about the safety of the products being falsely sold as Juul items. I have encountered significant issues with my Juul once again. All of my Juul pods have leaked into the device, leading to possible malfunction. Now, I'm left without any pods, which are costly for a college student, and my Juul isn't functioning properly. The device doesn't draw or charge, and the LED indicator doesn't light up. I have tried my pods and chargers on my roommates' Juuls, and they work fine. I understand I need to return the device, but the process is inconvenient for me as a college student. I would appreciate if I could utilize the warranty to receive a new device and possibly replacement pods without the need to send the Juul back since shipping it is challenging for me. I have been a loyal Juul user for over a year and wish to continue using their products.

I am extremely concerned about the safety of your product. After using your Juul for only three months with exclusively mint pods, I was diagnosed with popcorn lung by my doctor. They emphasized that continued use could be fatal. My Juul number is D8QF91DM. It is crucial that your company is transparent about the ingredients in your e-liquid. I intend to inform everyone I know about this issue. The Juul starter kit not only harmed my health but also wasted $65. Please address the presence of harmful chemicals in your products immediately.

I have been using mangoes from your company for several months now, and I recently purchased some from the Lawrenceburg, TN location. When I opened the mango, I immediately noticed that the color was off. Upon tasting it, I found it to be terrible with a strange smell. I paid $19.99 plus tax for the mangoes, only to end up throwing them away. I am disappointed that after contacting the company, there was no resolution or assistance provided. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from your company again as I fear the same issue may occur. If this problem persists, I may have to consider changing my supplier, which is not ideal.

I attempted to contact Juul through their website, but I found it challenging to reach them via email without the specific codes they requested. Unfortunately, I no longer have the box from a purchase I made nearly a year ago. My concern is regarding the last 4-pack of 3% nicotine pods I bought from a local store which turned out to be unsatisfactory. Out of the four pods, two are leaking excessively, inhibiting proper usage as no vapor is produced despite bubbling. I have tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success. Substituting with older pods that were still functional proves that the issue lies specifically with these faulty pods. I am inquiring if a partial refund of the $22 spent or a discount on my next purchase could be provided.
