I got a Juul as a gift and I've been very happy using it for the past month. However, it started giving me problems, as in the pod fitting is not so sturdy* is problematic since I have to plug the pod in a certain way to make it work. Because of this issue I got myself another one just so as to use it as a spare when the other one gives me issues. Now the new one loses charge so quickly even while standby! So I don't know what else to do but reach out to your team. I'm otherwise very happy with the product but the glitches are far too unnerving and frustrating when you finally wish to use it after a long day at work. Kindly advice. Thank you
