I bought a juul yesterday around *:** pm at a quik trip in Edwardsville, Illinois. It was working fine all night long. The battery was still on green when I went to sleep and I was hitting it all the way up until I fell asleep with it on my nightstand. When I woke up my BRAND NEW juul wouldn't respond to tapping or removing the pod and re-inserting said pod. I have had this issue before and it is usually fixed by simply placing the juul onto the charger for a few seconds, but when I put it onto the charger (also BRAND NEW) the light flashed white once for about a second then flashed green * times. It does this no matter where I plug the charger in. Please help as I am greatly frustrated that the juul I have had for less than ** hours is malfunctioning. Your help is greatly appreciated and I hope I have provided enough information.
