Just purchased a Juul tonight and after removing it from packaging and the indicator light is not working. Watched videos to insure I was doing everything correctly and still no light. Tried to charge and still no light. Tried to register so I could request a replacement and it says this serial number has already been replaced. I have the receipt -- anything I can do to fix and*or get a new one? Thanks!
