I am unsure if this will be read, but I wish to address the fight against the FDA's ban on Juuls. By publicly stating that while some teens use the product, many receive them from their parents, which is legal in most states when used with parental supervision, we can challenge the FDA's decision. Additionally, it's crucial to highlight that without Juuls, teens may turn to more harmful alternatives like cigarettes. Scientific evidence supports Juuls as a safer option. It's crucial to advocate publicly against the ban and raise awareness about the significance of Juul. Your consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I would like to express my gratitude for helping me quit cigarettes, thank you. However, I have encountered numerous defective Juul pods, approximately 50, without any resolution. I have refrained from reaching out assuming it was an isolated issue, but it persists. I have invested significantly in your products and expected better quality control. I kindly request a refund for the faulty Juul pods. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation. - A.Z.

I am trying to reach out for assistance. I recently lost my husband to cancer, and as a result, we lost our car, house, and money. I am now dealing with potential health issues of my own, with my throat needing a scan. My doctor advised me to stop smoking due to coughing and throat concerns that could be related to cancer. I am interested in trying Chantix and a Juul to assist with quitting, specifically the blush gold kit. However, I cannot afford one at this time. I have heard great things about the Juul and would appreciate any help I can get, as quitting smoking could be a matter of life and death for me. If there are any samples available, I would be extremely grateful to receive the blush gold Juul. Thank you for considering my request. - Marlena G., Lyndhurst, N.J.

I purchased the Juul Starter Pack recently and encountered issues with the Creme Brulé flavor pod. Despite initially enjoying the taste, it began spitting liquid into my mouth after the second puff, which was unpleasant. I subsequently disposed of it and bought a pack of Mint pods, only to experience the same issue with one of those as well. Paying $17 for a 4-pack and having two defective pods within three days is disappointing. I adore Juul products, but this experience has left me disheartened. I plan to send the defective Mint pod for inspection. It would be greatly appreciated if Juul could assist me with this matter. Thank you. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I am having issues registering my Juul, and it won't charge. The company has not provided me with a replacement Juul, which is disheartening. I advocate for Juul as a smoking cessation tool to my adult friends, but I feel neglected by the company. I believe they prioritize their business survival over customer satisfaction. This has left me feeling very dissatisfied and let down as a customer.

I have encountered multiple issues with my new Juul device and pods. I am puzzled by the fact that I've transitioned from smoking cigarettes to a pricier habit, only to face challenges with the Juul. Whenever I use it, the light on the Juul flickers uncontrollably and requires me to remove and reinsert the pod to stop the flashing lights. This issue leads to leakage, rendering it unusable. The last set of pods I purchased leaked excessively, causing me to lose half of each pod and wasting about 10 dollars. This is incredibly frustrating. As a nursing student, I switched to this product to avoid smelling like an ashtray and to overcome my smoking habits. I am uncertain why I am struggling to make this device work properly. I purchased the Juul on August 19th at a Kum & Go store located on Woodman and Powers in Colorado Springs, CO. The serial number on the Juul is U3NX5EAT, and it is the dark grey battery model.

I recently purchased a pack of cool mint pods, my personal favorite, from a local gas station. Unfortunately, the first two pods I opened were almost empty due to leakage from the bottom. The leaking continues, and I had to discard them. It was messy, and I had to throw them away. I acknowledge it's only two pods, but as a college student managing finances carefully, every bit counts, especially when dealing with debt. I wish I could attach pictures to validate my claim. If you can provide an email to send photos to, I can show the pod with very little liquid left (~.05ml) and the untouched cotton in the mouthpiece to illustrate the issue. I'm hopeful for a refund or a replacement pack. Thank you.

Hello Juul support team, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with one of my Cool Mint Juul pods. This particular pod, from a pack purchased in Minneapolis in [redacted] and opened a week later, seems to be lacking most of its mint flavor. It burns properly, the pod is new, and the others in the pack are fine, but this specific pod has a strange plastic-like taste with only a hint of mint. Even though it's still mostly full, the flavor becomes unpleasant after a few puffs. I still have the pod if you require it for testing purposes. I just thought I would inform you about this in case other users are experiencing similar problems. Thank you for your attention, -Eric

I have purchased 4 out of the last 9 packs of Virginia flavor tobacco pods from Fast Eddies Smoke Shop in Allston, MA, and they have been disappointing. They either haven't worked properly or have leaked. I used to work in manufacturing, and it's clear that there was a quality control issue in the batch. Given the price I pay for each pack, I expect better from the product. If this continues, I'll have to consider switching to a different brand. The quality control in your manufacturing process needs serious improvement, as I should not have to fix the cartridges myself. The cost of the product does not match the issues I've been experiencing. It's essential for a company your size to maintain high standards in production.

My Juul has been malfunctioning since last night without any clear cause. When I tried to charge it, the light didn't turn on. I cleaned both the Juul and the charger but it didn't help. I then tried a new pod, and my Juul flashed a blue light five times, indicating possible water damage. However, it has never been in contact with water. I'm frustrated after investing money in pods and the device itself, only to have it stop working suddenly. I believe I deserve a warranty replacement since I purchased the Juul about a month ago without a receipt. I didn't expect it to fail so soon.

I have an idea I'd like to share with Juul. With the negative attention Juul is receiving in the news, I believe my idea could bring positive publicity to the company. Many Juul users are college students, and I propose a Juul device that doubles as a "rape" whistle. Given the prevalence of sexual assault issues, this combination could offer practical safety for users. As a college-aged EMT and firefighter, I've encountered situations where a call for help device would have been beneficial. I understand the challenges of sharing ideas due to intellectual property concerns but offer this suggestion to Juul with no expectations in return. While free pods would be a nice gesture, it's not necessary. I suggest Juul consider implementing a trade-in program to provide current users with the safety-focused Juul.

I bought eight pods, not four, and unfortunately, five of them have leaked. Please refer to my previous message using the email [redacted] Although I don't have the code for the other box, it was also purchased less than a week ago. I've had JUUL replace pods for the same issue in the past. The point of purchase is the Kangaroo gas station in Apex, NC, [redacted]. The serial code of the fruit medley box is GH01PA05A, bought on 10/3/18. I'm unsure if I can get reimbursed for the other defective pods or if JUUL offers a coupon code instead. I've ensured my device is clean, properly charged, and used correctly. This problem has occurred across all three of my JUULs. I cannot keep replacing the unit, and the recurring issue seems to be with the pod shipments. Perhaps JUUL needs to address this with gas stations in the Raleigh, NC triangle area. I love the product, but this ongoing problem needs attention. Thank you! [redacted]; [redacted]

I bought eight pods, not four, and unfortunately, five of them leaked. I posted about this issue before using [redacted] as my contact. I bought the other box less than a week ago, but I don't have the code for it. In the past, JUUL replaced pods for the same reason. I purchased these at the Kangaroo gas station in Apex, NC. I can provide the serial codes for the fruit medley box. I'm unsure if the other box with two of the leaky pods can be reimbursed or if JUUL has any complimentary coupon codes. I'm sure the device isn't the problem; it's clean, charged, and used correctly. I've never mixed fluids from other stores in it or taken it swimming. I can't afford to replace the unit again, and this issue keeps happening. I think there might be a larger problem with the shipment of pods causing this. It would be helpful if JUUL could investigate this with Exxon and other gas stations in the Raleigh, NC area, as I keep experiencing leaks with every other pod I use. Thank you!

I recently bought eight pods instead of four, and unfortunately, five of them leaked. One of the fruit medley boxes is missing the serial code, but they were both purchased within a week at different gas stations in Wake County, North Carolina. JUUL has replaced pods in the past with valid identifiers and within a reasonable timeframe. I'm unsure if the other box with two defective pods can be reimbursed or if JUUL has a policy regarding this. Also, I'm curious if there is a way to prevent this issue in the future. I am confident it's not an issue with the device or charging port. I can't afford to keep replacing the unit, and the problem keeps happening despite my care for the product. It seems to occur more with sweeter flavors - could there be a link between the purchase location and pod type? Thank you for your attention, and I am eager to find a solution.

I recently purchased a juul and have been using it to cut down on smoking. While the first few pods in my starter pack worked fine, the last one leaked oil into my mouth. I attributed it to a random defective pod. However, when I opened three more packs, I encountered the same issue with multiple pods. Despite my daughter having no problems with her juul purchased from the same store, I cannot seem to pinpoint what is causing the leaking in mine. I have considered factors like how I hold it or how my mouth grips the device, but nothing seems out of the ordinary. I am disappointed because I prefer the juul to other vape products due to its minimal smell and discreet vapor. Nevertheless, I cannot continue buying pods if they are frequently defective.

I have encountered issues with the last three packs of Juul pods purchased from my local Mobil gas station. Each pack I've bought since they started selling Juul products has been unsatisfactory. The last two batches leaked and ruined my power unit, leading me to spend an additional $35 on a new one. The Cool Mint pods I usually get have clear liquid now, which seemed fresh to me initially, but they taste awful and burnt my throat. I cleaned my power unit, but the taste was still nasty. I am considering asking for a couple of replacement packs due to this unpleasant experience. The price drop to $13.99 a pack also makes me question the authenticity of the pods being sold at the gas station.

Hello, I am reaching out to Juul with several issues I am currently experiencing. My Juul device has ceased to work properly. It does not produce vapor, and the LED indicator does not light up when placed on the charger. Interestingly, other Juul devices work without any problems. I completed the device registration and submitted a warranty claim, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Upon trying to re-submit, I was informed that my Juul had already been replaced, which cannot be accurate as I never received a response initially. I am seeking assistance to rectify this situation as I am fond of Juul products and would prefer not to continually purchase new devices that malfunction. My username on file is [redacted], and the Juul's serial number is ECHGGYU5.

I recently purchased a JUUL starter kit with the promise of a $30 Visa gift card upon completing a survey. However, after doing the survey, I was informed that I didn't qualify without any indication of what the qualifications were. I decided to try JUUL because of its reputation, hoping it would help me quit smoking. The survey promise was an added incentive, but I never received the e-gift card. Feeling misled and frustrated, I find it disappointing that after taking the survey, which I wasn't obliged to do, the reward was not honored. It's disheartening to feel deceived, especially when trying to make positive changes in my life. This experience leaves me questioning the integrity of both the promotion and the product itself. I may have to explore other more affordable options if this issue is not addressed.

I recently purchased a 4 pack of mango JUUL cartridges, and unfortunately, one of them was leaking and not functioning properly. Now the other cartridges seem to not pull well, requiring a lot of effort which is quite frustrating. I bought the JUUL just a month ago and always take good care of it. I am unsure if the issue lies with the JUUL itself or the cartridges. I really enjoy this product and do not want to switch to another brand. I have only had positive experiences with it until now. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter, possibly by sending a replacement JUUL as I suspect this one may have been damaged due to faulty cartridges or from inserting them. I've tested a new pod, and the problem persists.
