I just sent email about recurring charge and it looks like Juul or another customer commented what am I asking Juul to do or what should they do. I think that’s self explanatory to a company your size. Quit scamming people with that recurring bs charge and send customer some free refills of there choice if they’ll stay with Juul. Least you could do for inconvenience customer has to go through. My email is*J*****@***.com
