I am trying to receive a replacement device for my investment in the company. ... I can’t get my juul to register still, it still will not charge and the company still refuses to issue me a secondary Juul in order to enjoy being a customer. I promote juul and it’s positive effects to help consumers stop smoking to all adult friends of mine looking for alternatives, and as a consumer I feel as if the company is overlooking me because of their own efforts to keep the company afloat. Very disgruntled customer and sadly disappointed.
The customer service rep that I spoke too was both rude and uncooperative. VERY DISPLEASED.
All I'm requesting is a replacement JUUL device and charger. At this point I'd like to have a few customary pods for the hassle.
Since I invested in the company, I have done all that I can to promote safe use of the product, and a healthy alternative to smoking for all of my adult friends who smoke. The way I have been treated since applying for a replacement device is absolutely unacceptable.
