I switched to Juul back in April, I was a over a pack a day smoker. The first few weeks were very difficult! Once I got used to the Juul I loved it! No more trying to hide the stinky cigarette smell, No more wasted time, and I feel so much better! I really enjoy the Virginia tabacoo. Sadly I’ve been disappointed over the last few weeks! The store I always buy pods from had new boxing. I didn’t think much at first. Then I had numerous pods leaking! Gross! And a huge waste of money! A single pod usually lasts a whole day if not a little longer. These were leaking so bad a pod was lasting only an hour or two. I tried cleaning the Juul itself, wiping off the pods and much more. I even purchased a new Juul thinking it was the unit itself! Nope, still leaking!! I’m well over $*** in the new unit and probably *-* boxes of leaked pods. This stinks! I may need to switch to something else! I’ve even ALMOST gone back to cigarettes!! I would appreciate a refund of some sort!! *Sincerely *Christy Kurz
