To be completely forward................. I've voiced the issue CLEARLY SEVERAL times. I've had MANY different issues and have spoken via email with Brianne (being the ONLY person on your "support team" she told us). SHE WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! I smoked cigarettes for many years and I've wanted to quit so Juul was recommend from many sources. I them bought my first Juul. I was super excited to change my life and not smoke cigarettes anymore. YOU GUYS HAVE RUINED THAT FOR ME!!!!!! The first Juul didn't work!!! There was NO vapor production! I contacted Juul or your so called support team didnt help at all. they sent me a coupon and ok... I use the coupon. THEY SEND ME ALL THE WRONG PODS I ORDERED! THIS IS SO SHOCKING!!!!! Look I completely understand the warranty process. But how can Juul expect a daily nicotine user to just drop it for a week plus so Juul can figure out the issues.... How come a replacement can't be charged to me and if my first one is defective then credit. Simply cannot even fathom why Juul would expect me to just go without something for multiple days if not weeks. Unbelievable. **Guess Juul just doesn't care if everyone starts smoking cigarettes...
GetHuman-itsduerr did not yet indicate what Juul should do to make this right.
