I have some defective pods. Juul customer service (via email) told me that there is no warranty whatsoever on juul pods - even if you open the package to broken*leaking*non-working pods. They indicated that is merely a favor or courtesy to replace defective pods and they have no obligation to do so. This is violative of the UCC Warranty of Merchantability. They can't send you a defective product and not replace*refund it. No written warranty is required. How do I forward the rude and misinformed email from customer support?**I am talking * pods out of **-** that I have purchased (long with * devices) from their site.
GetHuman-cherylhc did not yet indicate what Juul should do to make this right.
