Hello my name is Matthew Guilis,**Two weeks ago my JUUL broke. Julia from customer service in the Philippines took care of my case. I sent in my broken JUUL and at the end of the conversation she PROMISED if i sent in my JUUL she would replace the JUUL and the * Packs of leaking pods. I sent both of them in the next day. Now i call back and she is telling me that she sent an email that she can not replace the JUUL or PODs.
GetHuman943569 did not yet indicate what Juul should do to make this right.
