* days ago I purchased a juul starter kit from speedway, and inside was a slip of paper advertising a $** visa e-gift card upon completion of a survey on their website. I went to the link typed in the access code, then realized I had to create an account. I clicked back to try to find a page to create an account, rather than login, as I cant log into an account I have yet to create. At this point I just deleted the tab on my computer an attempted to start again, and the website said that my code was invalid. The site did say the code could only be used once, but I assumed this meant I could only complete one survey for one gift card. I'm sure it's in the system that my code was never used to redeem the e-gift card. I would appreciate some customer service*assistance on how I can complete my survey. thank you!
