I have a defective device and received an email with a Code * **GRPIHQBKDL to replace with a Basic Kit. I have attempted this several time via the link given but it will not take my password. My account is accessible with the same password so don't understand what is going on. I sent a request to change my email three time and never received a response. It is clear to me that the Monthly autoship has no issues taking my money, but to replace a defective devise which by the way is due to your LEAKING PODS.**If your intent is for your customers to continue purchasing and using your product, then you need to respond and resolve your issues.
