I have bought two juuls because my first one completely broke, I tried to use my warranty, I am ** years of age just turned ** this year actually, and y’all declined my warranty. So I bought another juul, and now this is completely broken now, tried to get the warranty on it and juul declined that as well. I don’t understand what’s going on.
I trust that Juul will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
