I subscribed in order to get ** percent off * pod packs. When I realized what subscribing actually was I canceled because I don’t need * pod packs every month. However, I would need about one pod pack every month... but the minimal amount allowed to subscribe is * per month. So I canceled my subscription after it was mailed to me. It looks like Juul took a dollar off my card then put that dollar back onto my card and finally charged me for the two pod packs with the ** percent discount. I just want to make sure I did indeed cancel my subscription at no cost. Also, if you all would allow me to subscribe with only one pod pack a month I would do it for quite a while. Thanks.
