I placed an order on the ********** order number *********. It was for two pairs of boots for my daughter’s birthday and was to be delivered to her at her university address. This was done but the boots the JustFab were size * and not size * as per the order. I have emailed Justfab several times but nobody has got back to me. I’m still waiting to know how to send the boots back as they haven’t been collected yet either. Plus I’ve skipped the past couple of months as I’m so disgusted with the level of service JustFab have shown me and I wanted the issue with my daughter’s boots resolved before I bought anything else. Yet even though skipping the months JustFab have taken money on both months. I want a refund for the two months JustFab have taken and I want the boots I ordered for my daughter’s birthday to be sent to her. My name is Samantha Guthrie and I will be cancelling my JustFab subscription once this is resolved because of this.
