I was notified by a representative from Justfly that my refund has been approved. However, as I recently had to replace the card used for the purchase due to unauthorized activity, I was concerned about receiving the refund. I contacted my bank, and they assured me that they could process the refund on my behalf. I am unsure how to relay this information to the person who informed me about the refund approval. Can anyone assist me with this matter? The flight was booked by Karen Aitken on 2/11/[redacted], and the last four digits of the card used are [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I submitted a complaint about Justfly failing to refund my $[redacted].96 to my credit card despite multiple emails confirming the refund. I contacted my credit card company, BarclayCard Services, who stated they won't investigate due to the 60-day window, and Hawaiian Air Mastercard also couldn't assist. Justfly's unhelpful responses blaming Covid and delays, along with their contradictory emails, are frustrating. I feel scammed and outraged by their unethical practices, along with Barclay and Hawaiian Air Mastercard's lack of support. Losing $[redacted].96 feels like theft and I believe a class action lawsuit against them is necessary. This situation has caused me immense stress and I urge for resolution. I asked for a refund for my trip to Fiji in June. The refund was processed and approved on August 1. I received an email stating it could take up to 18 weeks for the refund to appear on my credit card statement. It has been 18 weeks now, but I haven't seen the refund yet. I'm curious how much longer I should expect to wait for the refund to be credited and if there are any further steps I need to take. I appreciate your help and look forward to your response. My wife and I are currently in England and due to the ongoing changes with Covid-19, we are concerned about our return flight to the US. Our booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. My air tickets booked through JustFly.com for my trip to the Cayman Islands in [redacted] with Cayman Airways got canceled due to the COVID-related airport closure. Although I received a travel credit, I'm unable to use it as Cayman Airways doesn't operate on my hotel reservation dates. Despite rebooking the hotel in June [redacted] for the following year, there were no flights available to the Cayman Islands at the time. Consequently, I couldn't foresee the issue of being unable to book with Cayman Airways for my selected dates. I'm facing difficulties contacting JustFly.com via phone to discuss this matter and explore options for utilizing my credit under these circumstances. I aim to apply my credit to any airline serving Grand Cayman on July 3rd and departing on July 10th, such as United and Delta. Appreciate any guidance! Best regards, Larisa

On December 6th, my daughter purchased a ticket for me to travel to Brazil with a return date of December 12th. Unfortunately, I needed to change the return date and contacted the company. An agent canceled the reservation and promised to email my daughter with available dates for the change. We never received the email from Justfly. Since I had to purchase another ticket to return home, I'm disappointed by the lack of communication. It has been challenging to reach a live agent over the phone as it seems to be all automated responses. My main concern is whether I will receive a refund for the unused return ticket. The reservation was made under the name Maria Helena Carvalho with the JustFly Booking Number: [redacted] and LATAM Airlines Confirmation Number: TPAWVR.

One of my flights was modified, and now I am unable to catch my connecting flight. My confirmation number is XARWHI. After contacting Aeromexico, it appears they have removed my second flight from my itinerary. I am scheduled to fly today from CUN to STL. Currently, it is 8:30, and my transportation is supposed to depart at 11:00. I am hesitant to go to the airport without a confirmed flight. Can you assist me in booking a new flight for tomorrow? I hope to avoid spending the night at the airport.

I attempted to use the live chat for help but was redirected to another site that requested payment and sign up for further assistance. I only need help with removing my details. Hello, I attempted to contact the [redacted] number but was informed they could not assist me with my booking. I am requesting a flight voucher due to a recent positive covid test. This is urgent as my flight is scheduled for December 30. I am flying with Spirit to DFW and then with American Airlines from Dallas to Charlotte on January 3. American Airlines mentioned that you are able to issue the new ticket voucher. I prefer not to contact American Airlines directly as they require a $50 fee for the voucher. Thank you.

I had a booking with number [redacted]21 on Air Tahiti Nui, which we canceled due to serious health issues preventing travel. We submitted all necessary paperwork from the doctor and other required forms reflecting the health condition. Although we were informed over the phone that a refund would be issued, we have yet to receive it. Upon checking online, the claim is marked as finalized. However, the refund process is unclear, and while the other couple who booked with us have received their refund, we are still waiting. Upon arriving at the airport in San Jose, Costa Rica, I was informed that my 10:45 AM flight to Houston, Texas, had been canceled. Luckily, I arrived early at five minutes to eight and managed to catch the only remaining flight at 8:30 AM. Hastily, I had to rush through customs, causing a considerable amount of stress as my belongings were scrutinized, leading me to lose money on items that had to be removed from my bag. Had I not arrived 2 1/2 hours early, I would have been stranded in Costa Rica awaiting a flight to Louisville, Kentucky. Disappointingly, I received no prior notification from JustFly.com about the cancellation. I believe this issue needs attention, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with someone. Reparations are necessary in this situation. Thank you.

I made a flight booking to Australia via justfly.com with reference number [redacted]62 on August 27, [redacted], using Cathay Pacific reference NURJL2. Unfortunately, the airline canceled the flight, so I requested a refund through justfly.com. I was advised that the refund process had started, and it might take several weeks to complete. However, on November 6, I found an email in my junk folder stating that my refund claim had been denied.

I recently updated my reservation over the phone, changing from December 31st to January 5. However, upon checking my account dashboard, I noticed only the old reservation was displayed. When I contacted the airline, I was told the new booking was actually for January 2nd, not January 5th as I had requested. I am sure this must have been an error from the agent who assisted me, as I distinctly remember selecting the 5th to align with my mother's travel plans. Unfortunately, my account was not updated with the correct date. During the call, the representative asked if a specific phone number was correct, and I provided an updated one. It seems the new number was not properly saved, as I never received a follow-up call to finalize payment details for the change fee. I ended up calling back myself to complete the transaction, but the new number was still not recorded correctly, leading to me missing any confirmation of the updated reservation.

I am seeking information regarding my refund of $[redacted].96 from JustFly. I received an email from them in April [redacted] confirming my refund was processed and sent back to my bank, but this was untrue. Since then, I have been experiencing a frustrating cycle of broken promises when I try to follow up on my refund. A recent update from JustFly mentioned that my flight with PAL was canceled, allowing for my refund to proceed. However, JustFly's communications have been unclear, leaving me uncertain about the refund process. I am adamant about receiving my refund promptly. The experience has been disappointing enough for me to decide against booking with JustFly again, as I feel they are not trustworthy.

I have a return flight booked for January 11th from Heathrow to Rochester, NY. I've been attempting to process a refund through the airline's website without success. The automated message advised me to call within 72 hours of my flight. I originally purchased the ticket from Justfly, and when I contacted Aerlingus, they directed me back to Justfly for assistance. I also have a segment of my journey with Jet Blue. Despite my efforts, Justfly keeps sending me a message stating they are unable to fulfill my request due to booking restrictions. The email encourages me to visit my reservation page or contact their customer support for further assistance.

I booked a ticket through justfly.com on December 31, [redacted], for a flight on January 5 to Delhi. Unfortunately, one of my tickets was mistakenly canceled even though my bags were packed. Justfly only refunded 50% of the money, which I did not request. I contacted Emirates airline and they confirmed there should not have been any cancelation charges due to COVID-19. I received an email from justfly about the canceled ticket, but now they are not responding to my calls or returning my calls. It seems like they are trying to sell me a more expensive ticket. I finally spoke with agent Mark after many attempts, but now they have even blocked my number. This situation is concerning, and it makes sense that there have been legal actions taken against Justfly for their questionable practices by the San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera.

I purchased 2 tickets and only need to cancel one. Unfortunately, one of the travelers tested positive for Covid-19, so now I need to cancel one ticket and receive a refund.
