I recently booked a flight through Justfly.com with British Airways, only to find out that it has been cancelled. Despite my efforts to reach out to Justfly for a refund, change of flight, or credit, I have been unable to contact them. British Airways' policy states they offer a full refund or credit for cancelled flights; therefore, I believe Justfly owes me the money for the service that was not provided. It's frustrating to be in this situation where I cannot reach them during these challenging times. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased a flight ticket from LAX to CVG for 11/30/20, but upon checking the confirmation, I noticed that JustFly mistakenly listed Ontario instead of LAX. To resolve this, I purchased another ticket from Burbank to Cincinnati since it is closer to my home. Despite trying to reach JustFly via phone without success, I am posting this message to address the issue. My new booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and I kindly request a refund of $[redacted].74. American Airlines informed me that JustFly is responsible for cancellations due to booking through them. I am not willing to pay a cancellation fee for JustFly's mistake. Thank you.

Hello, I recently booked a flight for Loveleen K. and Parmjit K. on December 5th with booking number [redacted]. I received a message stating that my booking was cancelled, but when I check on justfly.com, it shows that the reservation is confirmed. I'm uncertain whether the flight is cancelled or confirmed. If it is indeed cancelled, I would like to know when I can expect a refund. This is urgent for me as I need to reach Copenhagen, so I may need to book another flight.

I purchased 5 tickets through Kayak and noticed that the free baggage promo for AMEX users was not applied to my reservation. Each baggage now costs over $[redacted] per ticket. I have reached out to Aeromexico, and they advised me to resolve this matter with JustFly. On Monday, March 23, [redacted], I made a flight reservation through your platform for a trip from Nairobi, Kenya to New York JFK with Kenya Airways. My Airline Confirmation # is JWCI6P, and the Booking # is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Upon arrival for check-in, Kenya Airways informed me that the flight was overbooked, and I was denied boarding. They assured me of a refund, but I have been unsuccessful in obtaining it for the past 8 months. On Monday, March 23, I had a confirmed reservation through Just Fly for a flight from Nairobi to NYC JFK on Kenya Air. The E Ticket number is [redacted][redacted], and the Booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Upon arrival for check-in, I was informed of an overbooking situation and was denied boarding. The Kenya Air agent mentioned a refund, but for the past 8 months, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining it from Kenya Air. Hello, Regarding booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]: I encountered a payment issue while booking my flight. I received an email requesting an update of the payment to avoid cancellation. I need to contact my credit card company to investigate this, which might take some time. I attempted to cancel the unconfirmed booking, but the website and customer support system did not allow me to do so. I assume the current booking will be void due to the payment problem. I made a mistake with my destination. I intended to book for Charleston, West Virginia, not Charleston, South Carolina. I need to correct this immediately. When booking my flight, I was certain I selected Charleston, West Virginia. However, upon completing the booking process, it showed Charleston, South Carolina. I purchased insurance to allow for changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, when I tried to rectify the error, I couldn't reach a live person for assistance. I require my destination to be Charleston, West Virginia, or to use the $[redacted] credit I received (even though I paid $[redacted].16). Instead of changing the itinerary, a refund was processed without my consent. They deducted $[redacted] and charged me $76 for Silver Airways, through whom I bought the insurance. Please contact me promptly regarding this issue. If I don't hear back soon, I will escalate this matter further. Rest assured, I expect a full refund promptly. Your company's actions are unacceptable, and I will warn others about doing business with JustFly.com. I demand a full refund immediately. If this is not resolved, legal action will follow.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in recovering my reservation number. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email where it was sent as I left my phone in Mexico, which is the recovery method linked to my Gmail account. I am travelling jointly with Eloisa Casco Oaxaca under the reservation to depart from MCO and arrive in MEX on 12/10/[redacted]. Can anyone help me out? I have been trying to reach customer service, but the automated system requires a reservation number, which I do not currently have. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Rodrigo Artiga. I wanted to share the following experience: I purchased a ticket from El Salvador to Dallas through your website. After receiving the flight confirmation email, JustFly offered me travel protection for $29, which I found beneficial and attempted to purchase. Despite encountering an error on their servers when entering my card details, minutes later I received two bank confirmations for charges totaling $29 each from JustFly, which I did not authorize due to the initial error. I kindly request the reversal of these incorrect charges as I have not willingly paid this amount.

I am a travel agency owner from Marimartravel & Tours in Whittier, CA. In July, I booked a trip to Honduras with confirmation #AJ64TX and opted for your flight insurance. Unfortunately, the client couldn't fly as the airline canceled the flight. In an emergency, we rebooked another flight #ZFQFYJ, and she eventually made it to Honduras. I contacted Spirit Airlines, and they advised that Justfly is responsible for refunding one of the bookings. I have been attempting to secure a refund for several months with no success. I booked my flights through Justfly.com and paid using my Capital One Venture Visa on January 14, [redacted]. My JustFly Booking Number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and my Air Canada Confirmation Number is KNFSSJ. Due to the COVID-19 situation in August and Italy's restrictions, I could not travel on my flight to Italy on October 4. On September 30, I received an email from Air Canada offering to cancel my reservation. I accepted and requested a refund to my credit card, which was confirmed by Air Canada. They advised me to contact Justfly.com for any rebooking or refund questions, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching them at 1-[redacted] as they do not answer calls. I have not received a refund for my Air Canada flight, and an unauthorized charge of $35 appeared on my credit card on November 17. I am frustrated with contacting various numbers from this agency, only to receive automated responses online. I have multiple issues with my tickets, but I can't reach anyone from the agency for assistance. Neither the airline nor the agency is answering the phone. This situation is very embarrassing. I recently bought a ticket from Chicago to Mazatlan with reservation # [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The flight was canceled due to the resort closing due to COVID-19. Initially, we were informed there would be no refund but that we could receive a credit for future use. After rebooking my vacation, I tried to reschedule the flight but was told Inter-Jet was only operating flights within Mexico, not to the US yet but soon. Recently, when I called, a Spanish message played, and the call hung up. I have $[redacted] in credit that needs to be addressed, and I need to reschedule my flight. I need assistance regarding my canceled booking with booking reference [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Back in April [redacted], Justfly notified me via email that my refund of $[redacted].96 had been processed and returned to my financial institution, specifically my Hawaiian Airlines Mastercard. However, after checking all my credit card statements, I have not received any refund. Even after contacting Justfly, they insisted the refund was completed. I recently purchased my plane tickets to go home, but I unexpectedly got an opportunity to crew on a boat from the BVI to Belize. It is a private boat, and they were in need of an extra crew member, so I will be rescheduling my flight to Miami for next month from Belize. The journey is expected to be around 20 days maximum. I will be traveling to the BVI this Saturday, undergoing a 5-day quarantine, and then embarking on the 20-day sea voyage. Unfortunately, my flight got canceled due to Covid-19. I requested a refund from Just-Fly, but they insisted on giving me a voucher which was not my preference. The customer service experience was extremely poor, and I am determined to get my money back. After reaching out to the airlines and the Department of Transportation, I was informed that Just-Fly is legally obligated to issue me a refund. The booking numbers for the flights are [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and the confirmation number is TDKFRF.

On February 23rd, I made a reservation for a flight from New York to Lagos from March 21st to March 28th. Three days later, I requested to cancel my flight due to personal circumstances. However, I was informed that I couldn't cancel it even though I had purchased insurance for my ticket. Subsequently, I raised the issue with my bank and filed a complaint. Surprisingly, on April 30th, I was charged again for the flight, despite receiving an email from the airline or JustFly stating that my flight was canceled because of the virus and Nigeria's border restrictions. As JustFly seems unresponsive to calls, I am reaching out via email to reiterate my request for a refund. JustFly directed me to contact Ethiopian Airlines, but despite recording the conversation, I faced difficulties and received no clear resolution.

I made a flight booking from New York to Lagos for March 21st to March 28th but needed to cancel due to personal reasons. Even after receiving an email confirming flight cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, I was charged again on April 30th. I am now seeking a refund from JustFly as they are not responding to calls. They advised contacting the airline directly which I did, recording the conversation, but got no resolution.
