I purchased airline tickets for Hawaiian back in May from Justfly for late October to early November. Due to the Corona-virus, I needed to change them to January and paid the change fees. After being asked for more money for one ticket, despite already receiving flight numbers, I requested tickets at the same price. Justfly had lower prices available online but still demanded more money. Despite promises of a call back, I missed their early morning call and subsequent attempts left me frustrated. Despite several urgent emails, contacting them led to a computer message about scheduled call backs. I hope Justify will honor the flights I paid for in January at the agreed-upon price. Struggling to share this on Facebook via gethuman due to technical issues, but I'm hopeful for a resolution.

I made a round trip booking from Rochester, NY to Taipei, Taiwan on July 22, [redacted], with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, my outbound flights were canceled, and my return flights were retained by United Airlines on October 31, [redacted]. Despite contacting United Airlines for assistance with the outbound flight, I was directed to reach out to the travel agent, Justifly. After encountering difficulty reaching Justifly by phone for two days, I finally received an email directing me to a refund page. I followed the instructions for a partial itinerary refund but was only provided with a credit instead of a refund, which was frustrating. My trip to Taiwan is for business, and I must be there next week due to COVID-19 quarantine requirements. I had to cancel my original booking [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], which only offered me a credit for future use with United Airlines. In urgency, I booked another trip with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Despite not canceling the original itinerary, I was not given the option for a refund, only credit towards United Airlines. I am disappointed with this lack of flexibility and wish to receive a refund to my original payment method, as I do not trust United Airlines for future travel. I made a flight booking through JustFly back in March to Amsterdam for a school audition/interview. With the event now being conducted online due to Covid, I no longer need to travel to Amsterdam and live in Berlin. However, I have about $[redacted] in travel credits that I wish to use for a round trip to San Juan. Unfortunately, it's challenging to process this change using JustFly's website tools. Even though a phone agent had confirmed over a call (before accidentally hanging up) that the adjustment could be made, I am struggling to find an easy way to apply my credits for a flight from Berlin to Puerto Rico. The desired travel dates are from the 20th of December to Puerto Rico and returning on the 2nd of January.

In May [redacted], I canceled a reservation for my son and his friends flying from LAX to Orlando at 9:55 pm on June 22. I was told the refund could take up to 18 weeks. However, I have not received the refund yet, even though the system indicates it has been processed. The Booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. While I received the refund for the return flight, the refund for the departing flight is outstanding, and I have been charged a $[redacted] processing fee. I hope this can be resolved swiftly, as I have been waiting for about 16 weeks already.

I need to change my flight to an earlier date. The original booking was for 12/14/[redacted] from Kansas City to Rio de Janeiro with confirmation number #HHJETY. I'd like to depart from Richmond, VA this time. Can you provide me with instructions on how to proceed? I have rescheduled the flight to 11/14/[redacted] and would like to avoid canceling it if possible. I prefer speaking with a representative instead of navigating the website. I am writing to address the issue with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The initial booking was intended for First Class service but was not accurately reflected. United Airlines has rectified this by combining the first ticket (Confirmation #JL10DH) with an additional payment, resulting in a roundtrip First Class ticket. Following this, the second ticket (United Airlines confirmation number JL11PQ) has been authorized for reimbursement. I am requesting that Justfly process the refund for both tickets under confirmation number JL11PQ, totaling $[redacted] ($[redacted] each). Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I had a trip booked to Maui in July [redacted], but I had to cancel due to COVID-19. JustFly informed me that I would receive a flight voucher for future travel since I booked through Affirm for a total of $2,[redacted].08. I received a partial refund of $1,[redacted].08 from Affirm in May [redacted], but I am still missing $[redacted].00. Despite waiting the 12-18 weeks as advised, I have not received the remaining amount. I possess an email from Affirm displaying the refunds they have processed, indicating they only received $1,[redacted].08. I have contacted both JustFly and Affirm numerous times, with JustFly claiming they have refunded the full amount. However, the issue persists as I have only been reimbursed for three out of four tickets. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

In February/March, my ticket ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) was cancelled, and I received a future credit. However, a few days ago, I received an email from Swiss Airlines stating that my return flight was never removed from their system, and they consider my flight L2M7Z9 to be operating as scheduled. I'm confused by this situation and would like it resolved. Please contact Swiss Airlines to remove this flight so I can reschedule and receive a full credit. I plan to reschedule my flight departing from South Florida (Fort Lauderdale or Miami) to Vienna, Austria around March 31, [redacted] (+/- 3 days) and returning from Vienna to South Florida around July 31, [redacted] (+/- 3 days). I made a reservation from New Bern, NC to Tel Aviv, Israel, returning from Cairo, Egypt to New Bern, NC. The booking number is [redacted]62 and the airline confirmation is DPPYQN. I initially booked these flights on October 2, [redacted], but there was an error with the return date. I needed to depart on Sat, April 10, [redacted], and return on Wednesday, April 21, [redacted], but the return date was booked for Thu, April 22, [redacted]. I canceled the flights on November 16, [redacted], and received a travel credit of $[redacted]. I've been unable to rebook for the correct date using the credit. After facing multiple flight cancellations and changes by Turkish Airlines, I had to rebook a flight through Emirates Airlines from Kabul to Washington, DC due to a lack of available Turkish Airlines flights from Kabul, Afghanistan. The ticket was for the passenger Nazia Arifi who has now safely arrived home with Emirates Airlines. On January 17, [redacted], I bought a ticket to Nadi, Fiji for travel on November 14, [redacted]. When COVID-19 emerged, I contacted "JustFly," my travel insurance, and my credit card company regarding my concerns. Despite numerous attempts, I faced challenges reaching them. Eventually, I managed to secure a voucher (while also paying an additional $75 for cancellation), valid until January [redacted]. With COVID-19 still a concern, I am hesitant to travel during that time. I am requesting either a full refund of $[redacted].51 (ticket price $[redacted].76, seat $35.94, travel insurance $57.81) or an extension of the voucher until [redacted]. I no longer plan to visit Fiji as my reason for going, a wedding, was canceled due to the pandemic. Instead, I hope to use the voucher for a trip to Iceland at a later date. Hello, I have recently received an email regarding my booking reference number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], requesting an update on payment. I utilized Affirm for the payment process. Affirm has informed me that they were unable to complete the transaction due to insufficient funds on the card. They have provided details of the loan created for a total of $[redacted].99 with Justfly (ID: 4G4Y-6H9O). Justfly successfully authorized $[redacted].20 initially, attempted an additional authorization of $52.74 which failed, and then authorized $44.79 on Nov 28, [redacted], at 8:33 AM EST. If Justfly does not capture the funds by 01/11/[redacted], any remaining amount will be adjusted towards the loan's final balance. I am advised to contact Justfly to resolve the payment or cancel the transaction for reapplication. I recently booked a flight to Rome through Justfly on Norwegian Airline. Unfortunately, Norwegian Airline canceled the flight and issued a refund to Justfly, but I have not received my refund from Justfly yet. Despite showing evidence through emails and chat sessions that Norwegian Airline refunded the money on July 16, [redacted], Justfly is claiming they have not received it. In addition, Justfly charged me $70.00 ($35.00 per person) for processing the refund that they say they do not have. I was able to speak with a representative to pay the processing fee, but now I am unable to get in touch with anyone for a follow-up call. Justfly's system seems to be malfunctioning, as it won't allow me to reschedule a call when the initial one was missed. This situation is frustrating as it seems like Justfly may not be handling refunds appropriately.

I recently received a notification from Delta informing me of changes to my itinerary, especially affecting my connecting flight. I contacted Delta, and they helped me change my departure flight but advised me to reach out to United for changes to my return flight. I have purchased many tickets from your company over the years. I contacted customer service because my reservation couldn't be found in the system. The CONFIRMATION CODE is Y8ZNXE. Frustratingly, I had to make alternative travel arrangements using another airline for my recent trips. I called Spirit Airline the night before my return journey to Fort Lauderdale and they were also unable to locate my reservation, forcing me to buy another ticket to go back home. I bought a round-trip business ticket from JFK to BKK on China Eastern via Justfly in December [redacted]. The first part of my journey was on 26 December [redacted]. However, the second leg planned for 4 June [redacted] was canceled as there were no available flights. China Eastern informed me that there would be no flights until the end of [redacted], when the ticket would expire. Justfly responded that they couldn't process my refund or credit request due to booking restrictions. I've been trying to reach out to Justfly for clarification without success. I'd like to understand why there seems to be no refund or credit, especially as the China Eastern staff in Bangkok mentioned this option. I had a canceled return flight with Air China. The airline rescheduled my flight because the name on the ticket did not match my passport - it said Bill instead of William. After flying to China and then to Bangkok with this reservation, they refused to fly me back. Air China informed me over the phone that Justfly would manage the $[redacted].22 refund in US funds. However, I cannot locate this credit for my recent Bangkok flight with Justfly. I am requesting the credit be applied to my account or refunded to my credit card.

Hello, I am requesting a full refund for my flight booked through JustFly with Booking number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] since I am unable to travel due to the COVID epidemic. Germany is currently not allowing entry for non-European/American citizens. I contacted customer service on Saturday (11.28) without a resolution and was instructed to call back between Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to have both JustFly and United teams available.
