The round trip I booked was supposed to be for *pm, after getting the confirmation email ..I tried to change my itinerary to be able to make the return flight (*am ) and I cant. I purchased the travel protection and the representative told me the return flight could not be changed and that I would have to lose out on the money for the flight and just "book a new flight". I need help resolving this, my trip is in * days ..I dont want to have to miss out because justfly didnt properly advertise this particular return flight could not later be adjusted.
GetHuman-lilbitzy did not yet indicate what JustFly should do to make this right.
