Booking * ***-***-*** Read the notes on my account.... To summarize - Not ONE of your agents has been able to help me in the five hours of phone calls I have made. I need to be reimbursed for a flight from STT to SJU on ******** because I was not notified that the flight had changed and I keep being told your company didn't know about the change from Jetblue... so how was I supposed to know about the change? Now I am out $*** and I was told to call back tomorrow during business hours. I work full time and don't have time to spend another hour on the phone to be told that the agent and even a supervisor can not help me.
