This was never noted by your description of the airline used and Rouge planes are older, smaller and incredibly uncomfortable. I would have used another airline for the same price, had I known. Rouge is notorious for smaller seats and less services. Both my husband and I have back issues and he is * feet tall and it was impossible to rest. *The flight back on the **th of September is also with a Rouge plane from Lisbon to Toronto and the trip * hours. *Since your advertising did not note Rouge fleet, I would like either a free upgrade for us or reroute us home on a different airlines, leaving the afternoon of September **th. *Please.
