Hello, I have been charged $39.95 for a VIP membership for some time. I tried to cancel it when I couldn't log in, and after speaking with numerous customer service agents who assured me they had canceled it, $[redacted] was still withdrawn from my account each of the last three months. I waited on hold for an hour each time I called. I need a refund for these three months as I was informed my VIP membership had been canceled, and these unauthorized charges have caused financial difficulties for me. This recurring issue is frustrating and must be resolved promptly.

Regarding the £35 monthly charge on my account, I made a one-time purchase from Just Fab three years ago for holiday clothes. Unaware that this would result in a monthly charge, £35 has been deducted from my account every month. My bank confirmed it was initiated by Just Fab. I demand a full refund for the past three years and the immediate cancellation of this account to cease further deductions. Failure to comply will lead to legal action, as this ongoing charge has caused significant financial and emotional distress. Being a single mother of a disabled child, every penny is crucial for their well-being. Kindly refund the £35 monthly charges promptly to avoid legal repercussions for the distress caused.

I ended my subscription with Just Fab because they were continuously charging my account without my authorization. They promised to refund me the credits I was owed. Despite having evidence from their employees confirming this, it's been 8 months and I have yet to receive the refund. Each time I call, I am provided with a different excuse. While the company acknowledges the issue and assures me of the refund, the money has not been returned. How can I successfully obtain my refund from them?

Hello, I have been informed that I can only cancel my VIP membership through online chat or telephone. I initially placed an order online and proceeded as a VIP member. After carefully reading the terms and conditions, I discovered that if I do not make another purchase within a certain period, I will be charged £35. I cannot afford this recurring charge, so I would like to cancel my VIP membership. My email address is [redacted] However, there was a typo in my email when I first made the purchase. I have a transaction number that I was instructed to provide to enable you to locate the correct account and proceed with the cancellation of my VIP membership. I cancelled my subscription a couple of months ago, and I noticed you are still charging me. I saw a charge of $39.95 on my bank statement today. I would like to request a cancellation of my subscription and a refund for this charge. When I cancelled my subscription a couple of months back, I was assured by the representative that I would not be charged anymore. I have not received any mail or benefits from your service, so I don't understand why I am being charged.

I want to share my experience with Just Fab regarding their VIP Account. After unknowingly signing up, they deducted a monthly fee from my account without prior notification, leading to a total deduction of £****. Despite my request for a refund, they refused and instead suggested I use the credit for purchases. I agreed to order items but after waiting longer than promised for delivery, I raised a complaint. Just Fab is uncooperative, refusing to refund the initial payments and initiating a return of the items without my consent. Numerous individuals have faced similar issues with this company, and I believe it is misleading and fraudulent. I am seeking a full refund and considering taking further action due to the number of complaints.

I have contacted the company multiple times regarding unauthorized monthly payments of £35 deducted from my account since June. Despite being assured over the phone that my account was closed, the company has repeatedly taken money without permission. This situation has led to unexpected overdraft charges of £9 per day. I recently bought two pairs of boots during a sale offering 2 pairs for $24. However, when I attempted to check out, I received an error requesting a valid credit card, claiming the transaction didn't go through. Despite this, my bank account was billed three times, each for $28.95. I had only intended to purchase one order, not three, so I am seeking a refund for the two additional charges. Thank you.

I placed an order for a purse, sandals, and a pair of jeans on 09-16-19. According to the tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on 09-24-19 at 12:34 PM. Justfab debited £35 from my account, and I am seeking a refund and to terminate my membership, unknowingly enrolled. I only intended to purchase 1 pair of shoes nearly 2 months ago and was unaware of being signed up for a recurring order. There was no indication of this during the purchase, or I wouldn't have proceeded. It seems like this issue is common based on the FAQ and recent live chat discussions. I cannot afford £35 to be deducted from my account for shoes or clothing. I request the cancellation of my membership. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to address a serious concern regarding my son's Medicaid coverage. My name is Tanya Clark, and my son, Barry Harris, has been on Medicaid since December [redacted]. Yesterday, 12/9/19, I took my son to his primary care physician and was informed that he has a respiratory virus. The doctor prescribed asthma medication and sent it electronically to Walmart. However, when I went to pick up the medication, it was rejected by Medicaid because they believe my son has a primary care provider. I was not aware of this information as Medicaid did not inform me. Although my son's father had removed him from his job's insurance for dental and vision, he did not remove him from health insurance. Now, my son's asthma medication is stuck at Walmart because his Medicaid coverage was rejected without any notification to me. I have been trying to reach Just Fab United States to cancel my membership since yesterday, but nobody has responded to me. This morning, I was charged $39 despite my attempts to prevent it. I contacted customer service two weeks ago regarding a recent shoe purchase where one was in good condition and the other was too small. Despite calling three times to request an exchange, I was informed that the shoes were no longer available. I selected a new pair online, initiated the return process, and received a return processing email. However, after waiting for two weeks without any updates, I contacted customer service again and was told that the selected shoes were no longer in stock. To add to the frustration, on December 11, [redacted], they charged my credit and debit cards $54.26 without refunding the amount as promised. When I inquired, the representative claimed there was no record of the transaction. This entire experience has been highly unsatisfactory.

We are experiencing issues with receiving two refunds to our PayPal account. Paypal claims they have no record of the refunds despite JustFab providing a Transaction ID for the first refund. Initially, we were informed that a $39.95 charge was not processed through PayPal, yet it was deducted later. Paypal indicated the refund has been processed, but they lack documentation. Multiple attempts with Paypal, our bank, and JustFab have not resolved the matter. The bank confirms no deposits from Paypal, creating confusion. JustFab insists the refunds were issued, but we have not received the $79 total refund. This situation has persisted since December 9th, and we are seeking assistance to clarify the refund process.

My order number is [redacted]91. It was charged on 22/02 for an amount of 14.64. Then yesterday, on 8/03, there was another charge for 39.95, and I don't understand why. I've called a few times, but the representatives keep telling me that my mother needs to call since she was the one who created the account. When my mother calls, she's told that I need to call instead, and this keeps going back and forth. The order number I provide doesn't seem to help, neither does the email or phone number. I have both bank statements and a screenshot of the order number and the location where we need to pick up the item, which shows the account number from which the money was withdrawn. I am now forced to take action to reverse this charge since I should not have been charged. The phone customer service has been unhelpful, and they haven't resolved the issue, instead, they keep complaining. I hope this gets resolved promptly; otherwise, I will have to take further action.

Hello, I recently purchased 2 pairs of leggings from your website and made a payment of £29. However, upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed that an unauthorized charge of £49 was deducted without my consent or any new orders placed by me. I kindly request an immediate refund as I did not authorize this transaction. I am deeply frustrated by this situation and expect my funds to be returned promptly. I cancelled my membership with Justfab yesterday and was informed that I couldn't receive a refund for my credits, which amount to [redacted] GBP. They said I could only use the credits to purchase products from them. I had been with them for over a year but hadn't found anything I liked among their products. After speaking with an online advisor, they offered to refund me [redacted] GBP, which I accepted. Today, when I spoke with another advisor, they mentioned that since I already received a one-time refund, they couldn't give me more. I suggested receiving at least [redacted] GBP or half of my credit to remain a member, but the chat ended abruptly once I raised this. Thank you.

I'm having trouble finding the link to skip this month, and I've been searching for 20 minutes. The website needs to be more user-friendly. My phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Could you please help me skip this month? I had issues with my recent order. Despite receiving a $20 promotion for a delay in a prior order, I ordered a windowpane coat and 3 masks. While the discount was applied, I was charged an overage of $11 on my account. I only received the masks and was later informed that the coat was unavailable. Hello, I have already sent an email and tried to call without a response. I have been charged for your VIP subscription, which I had canceled twice.
