I took a ride and my driver had a nasty attitude. I asked him can he just go around the block because I forgot something he sucked his teeth and caught an attitude. I told him to just take me to my stop and when I realized I put the wrong address I asked him if he could just go up the block. i was stopping at a store and he said you didn't put the wrong address the store is closed, I told him theres another store up the block that's where I meant to go and I didn't need his attitude. When we got there he gave me a nasty look through the rear view mirror and went to take my stroller out of the trunk. He couldn't initially get it out I tried to help him and he said I got it and kept attempting to pull my stroller out of the trunk, when he finally got it out he didn't try to help me unfold it and passed me my two bags out the backseat and drove off. I had my baby in my arms, two bags and had to wheel my stroller out of the street. when I tried to unfold my stroller it took me ** mins because the seat wouldn't flip up due to him pulling it out of the trunk. Your driver was very disgusting and I never had this type of service from you guys I stopped using uber because of your service. I would like a refund because I was left stranded in the street with my baby i wasn't even on the sidewalk and my stroller was damaged.
