I'm currently trying to make payments but keep encountering issues such as getting the runaround through phone calls and with your online experts. I usually set my credit cards to "pay statement balance," but when I purchased a car in July, I wanted to carry over a balance of $[redacted].29 for a month and only pay the minimum due. When my bank sent a notice about a potential payment exceeding my account balance, confusion arose. Despite sufficient funds, a delayed balance update led to an overdraft. After addressing the issue and contacting Juniper, a fee was imposed. Seeking a fee reduction due to the learning experience, my call to Juniper was met with a crowded background and revealed training in progress. While I understand they are not obligated to refund the fee, I inquired about the possibility. Juniper's long-standing customer service relationship prompted my inquiry.

Hello! I'm Salvacion Labella. Up until last December [redacted], I used ERC to pay my Juniper credit card balance through your services. However, they have stopped receiving payments from my bank. I have a remaining balance of approximately $3,[redacted].39, and I am looking to pay it in monthly installments of $[redacted] through the Juniper App. Unfortunately, I noticed that the app has also been disconnected. I am seeking assistance on how to regain access to the Juniper App so that I can resume making payments towards my balance.
