I order a dress for a wedding which is today by the way. It arrived Monday.. but it weren't my order. The delivery was for someone else in Belfast and it wasn't my dress which you have taken the money out my account for. I have now had to find something else to wear at short notice which has caused me a great inconvienance. I have emailed you twice regarding this complaint and was informed my emails would be looked into and replied to with in ** hours. I am still awaiting a response! case ref provided: CASE-********. My order number was: *********. *I still require the dress so please send asap. I would like an actual acknowledgment for my complaint and not just an auto response stating my issue will be looked into within **hrs, because this clearly this not the case.
