I leased a tractor last spring and tractor has tore up *-* times in the short time I’ve had tractor. Local dealer had made us miss planting our **** wheat crop and now has made us miss planting *** acres of soybean this year. Every time tractor has tore up, it’s her. The exact same issue. Transmission. Well this past time it tore up they are saying it’s my fault. John Deere has had the tractor **% of the time it’s been leased. * times it’s been picked up and taken back to dealer shop, we didn’t get a tractor to use in its place... for months. Now nobody will return my calls or txts and have kept my lease tractor for * weeks. Also sent us a very small tractor to use this last time with no pull bar in it and told us they didn’t have a pull bar for it and to deal with it. We could not even plant soybeans bc we had a tractor w no pull bar. I have all evidence of this from txt messages and call recordings. We have hired an attorney ab this, but really hate to go that route. Sparrow and Kennedy tractor in SC is the worst dealership I’ve ever seen. * I don’t do email, but my number is ***-***-****.
