On March **, **** I went to the nearest John Deere Tractor dealer and purchased the following tractor and shredder.*John Deere ****R ************* Serial * *LV****RTJJ******, for cash. They said they had to bring it in from another location , so I never saw the tractor that I was buying except a similar one on their lot. They delivered it to me March **, ****. After checking the tractor all over , I noticed that the safety belt buckle was *rusted. So I instructed the saleslady that sold me the tractor that I wanted in replaced. Well today I called Ag-Pro and talked to Sarah Winslow (My Saleslady)and asked what they were going to do on the buckle. She stated her manager said it was not under warranty and they could not replace it. They also told me that the tractor was new, November ****.**Dealer Location: Ag-Pro **** Highway *** East, Alice Tx. *****. PHONE : ***-***-******Purchaser: Singer Cattle Co., P. O. Box ***, Falfurrias, Tx ***** PO* ******** Jack C. Murphy Cell: ***-***-*******I just want the buckle replaced. Thanks
