I sent my lawn tractor to the dealer, waiting a week to have it picked up, and has now been in the shop for almost * weeks.* When I called them this morning I was told that "snow equipment is taking priority" and since "the warehouse is full " the woman could give no estimate on when it would be done. * * I have other concerns which at this point are irrelevant.* I simply would like to be treated like a customer , getting service and work done in an orderly and timely fashion.* Respectfully *Merritt Smith**** ***-****
