GetHuman-alexpurs's next move: talk to when they open.'s call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-alexpurs a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-alexpurs's own words
Your message from ** June*"Dear Aleksei Puris, *Unfortunately we are unable to process your Joe's New Balance Outlet order due to the credit card being declined. This could be the result of a mistype during the checkout process. You may wish to place a new order and re-enter the account information. *If you have any questions or would like assistance placing a new order, please contact Customer Care at the number below. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can."**Sorry, but both my orders was payed. I payed second time from different cards after your first letter about unable to process my Joe's New Balance Outlet order (********). But my bank confirmed that order was payed by sms in few minutes after I payed second order. *Could you cancel one of my orders (second if you can) and return money for it? I dont need so many shoes)) But waiting first order because it was payed.
