On Monday, May ** I called my local Vestal, NY store, after going online to order *********. No inventory at my store, showed * yds. in Kingston, NY store. Vestal store called Kingston & was told they would send it to my Vestal store. On May ** I called Vestal to check on the status and was told that they didn't receive the fabric. On May ** the Kingston store showed none in their inventory. Called Vestal and online it indicated they had the * yrs. in stock so I ordered * yds. assuming they had received it from Kingston. Went online to order it, received e mail @ **:** am that they were getting the order ready for pick up. This afternoon received an e mail that they cancelled my order. Called store & was told that they don't have it in the store. Now what? I really want the * yd. of Solarium Outdoor D*cor Fabric **" Faremore Ccaribe.

GetHuman4843924 did not yet indicate what Joann.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman4843924 fixed the problem
I ordered another fabric. Even though the Vestal online store shows that they have * yards of my original order in stock they said it was out of stock and again cancelled my order request from this morning. I gave up and selected a *nd choice.
