I want to start by saying that my fiancee and I are long time customers of Joann Fabrics and will continue to be so. I just want to be as constructive as possible. *We arrived at Joann's at Polaris around *:**pm this evening. We knew the store was closing soon and had a few select things to grab. We knew what we were looking for and where to find it. *I have worked in retail*retail management for almost ** years now so I completely understand wanting to remind customers that the store is closing. I get it. Nothing bothers me more than when customers walk in right when you are about to close. My personal rule is that if they know what they are looking for, go right ahead. *Right when we walked it, we were greeted by an associate who then kindly reminded us that the store was closing. Totally fine. She was doing her job. The issue we ran into was over the course of the next * minutes, we were reminded by * other associates that the store was closing. This is where things went down hill. We had every intention to get in, get our stuff quickly, and get out. However, since we were stopped so many times, we were not able to get anything on our list. This led to my fiancee having a mini panic attack since this was the only time we could get over there in the next few days (we are getting married at the end of next week), causing us having to leave the store quickly without being able to purchase anything. *I know there is no way for an associate to know how many times a customer has been asked if they need help. But I just wanted to share our experience with you so that someone not very friendly does not have the same experience resulting in them taking it out on an employee. *Again, we love Joann's and will continue to shop there in the future. I hope you have a wonderful evening.
