Recently purchased a Jitterbug*. Followed instructions in Quick Start Guide. On completion, no "Home Screen" appeared. Unable to call for assistance because my phone is not working. Tried rebooting, when phone powers up, I get "Powered by Android" then "Welcome to great call -- Get Started." If Great Call is unable to resolve this issue, please cancel my service and I will find another cell service provider. I have previously emailed, but have not gotten a response.
