I have a Jio sim card that I was using in India, but now I'm in Denmark. Before coming here, I visited a Jio store in Pune and was advised to convert my prepaid card to a postpaid one to receive OTPs in Denmark at a lower cost. After the conversion, my card is not working in Denmark. The Jio app should have an activate button in the ISD and roaming section, but I only see roaming pack information with no activate button visible. I can't reinstall the app as it requires an OTP, which I can't receive since my card is inactive. This situation is urgent as I need to carry out banking transactions. I would appreciate any help in activating my Jio card in Denmark.

Hello, my name is Roni Thankachan, and my mobile phone number is [redacted]. I am currently in the UK, planning to return to India next month. I encountered an issue with my phone as I tried to recharge it but couldn't because my number was originally from BSNL and was later ported to Jio during my last visit. Despite having received and used a Jio SIM card with the same number in India, my phone still shows up as a BSNL number. How can this be resolved?

I am experiencing issues with the Jio 4G network in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The network is not working properly, causing interruptions while I was trying to watch a movie. I have only been able to watch 35 minutes of the movie in 2 hours due to the constant breaks. I am disappointed with the service and plan to stop using Jio in the future. I also contacted customer service on 16/01/[redacted], but instead of addressing my complaint, they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested. The experience with both the network and customer service has been frustrating and disappointing.

I recharged my Jio Plan with Rs. 75 on Feb 2, [redacted], using the Jio website and Paytm UPI for phone number [redacted]. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the plan wasn't activated. I contacted HDFC bank, who redirected me to Paytm customer service. Paytm confirmed their successful transaction and advised contacting Jio. I've attached a PDF of the transaction on Feb 2 and request either activating the plan from today or refunding the amount. It has been 9 days since the transaction. Please assist with the recharge or refund.

I need to file a complaint about the constant disturbance caused by Jio's unwanted renewal messages. I renew my number, [redacted], for 28 days, but for about 10 days within that period, I am bombarded with unnecessary messages. It feels like I am obligated to Jio rather than being a valued customer. There is no customer care number where I can express my frustration directly. The automated responses and lack of a direct conversation option with a Jio executive have deprived me of peace. I wish Jio would realize that I will recharge when needed without the constant advertisements. I regret switching my number from MTNL to Jio and contemplate moving to another service provider to avoid these disturbances. Kindly refrain from unnecessary disturbances.

I've been experiencing extremely slow internet for almost a year. When I try to reach out for help through the Jio app's live chat, my slow internet prevents me from starting the chat. Similarly, when I call Jio's helpline, I get disconnected when selecting the option to speak to an advisor. Despite having a 1 GB per day data plan, I consistently have over [redacted] MB remaining unused due to this slow connectivity. The only thing I can use somewhat is WhatsApp, and even that has numerous issues. As a CA student relying on online classes, this situation is causing me to waste money every month and is incredibly frustrating. I reached out to Jio care via email, but have not received any response. The customer support from Jio has been disappointing, and I hope the necessary steps are taken to address this ongoing problem.

I have been a loyal JIO customer since the beginning, but the recent experience with their customer service has been disappointing. I accidentally recharged for the wrong package for one year and when I tried to change or upgrade it, the customer support team was unhelpful. Even the appellate team refused to change or cancel the package citing company policy. This lack of flexibility and understanding towards customers is frustrating. Airtel or Vodafone might have handled the situation better. JIO's customer service has become unfriendly and unhelpful. I lost money by recharging a service I didn't need and even suggested upgrading to a higher-priced package to prevent revenue loss, but my request was denied.

The current recharge for Mobile Number [redacted] is expiring today. I accidentally recharged with Rs 50/-, which I know is only a top-up recharge. Additionally, I activated the 5 GB data offer recently, and I know this data will expire today. I want to perform a regular recharge, but I couldn't reach customer support. Therefore, I am requesting to cancel the Rs 50/- recharge and credit it to my JIO account as a voucher for future use.

I recently encountered an issue with my phone balance even after recharging twice with Rs. [redacted] each time. I kept receiving insufficient balance messages despite having a total of Rs. [redacted] in my account. I contacted customer service and followed the steps provided, but it did not resolve the problem. If this continues, I may need to consider switching operators due to the inconvenience.

I need assistance with recharging my Jio WiFi online. I own a Jio WiFi device without a Jio phone. Today is the last day to recharge, and I would like to recharge for 84 days with 1.5 or 2 GB. My Jio WiFi device has a sim number of [redacted]. The shop in the bazaar that I usually recharge from is currently closed due to the current situation. I tried using the MyJio application, but there are only options for recharging Jio Fiber or Jio phone, not simple Jio WiFi. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

I had a disappointing experience with Jio customer care and in-store support for the past 1.5 months. I ported my number, [redacted], from Airtel postpaid to Jio prepaid a month and a half ago. This has been the worst experience compared to all other network providers I have used. The customer care representative claims they have no record of me as their customer, while the store insists I re-register as a new customer, pay for all recharges again, and obtain a new SIM card. This seems like a dishonest practice, forcing customers to pay repeatedly for the same services. Initially, I was asked to pay Airtel INR 81 and submit the receipt. After doing so, I was informed it would take 72 hours to resume my service, only to discover that I'm no longer considered a Jio customer. Having to register again and repay for services is unjust. Waiting 72 hours to restore service, withholding incoming calls, and asking for repeated registrations and payments is unheard of in any other company. The lack of data in customer records, extended hold times, and unhelpful support are truly frustrating. My attempts to seek support through Jio's customer service channels have been unsuccessful as even emails are not recognized. This ordeal has left me feeling unsupported and frustrated with Jio's practices.

My son has been in Canada since November [redacted] on a PR visa. He has been using a JIO sim card, which got misplaced at our end. Many important things are associated with that number, so I am looking to get a new card. I visited the JIO store, but they mentioned that it's not possible without his presence. I believe there should be a way to resolve this, similar to how lost passports can be replaced. I am willing to provide a written statement confirming the sim card loss, or even have him contacted via email or video call to verify. I am eager to keep the same number for continuity. Please assist and provide a solution via email or on the JIO number [redacted]. This matter is urgent as he sends us money, and we require the OTP for transactions.

I tried getting in touch with the Jio Fiber service provider yesterday, but they claimed to be busy and didn't answer my call. Today when I called, they mentioned they were feeding their child and asked me to call back tomorrow or in half an hour. The issue I'm facing is, even after recharging for a 100mbps plan, I'm not getting speeds higher than 1mbps; every app takes too long to load. The service provider's name is Rahul Sharma, and the phone number is [redacted].

Hello, I am Venkatesan from Qatar and a Jio user. Four years ago, I purchased a sim card with the number [redacted]. Since I have been working in Qatar for the past four years, my sim card has expired and I have lost it. I urgently need the sim card to receive OTP for GST registration and facilitate bank transfers within India remotely. Please assist me in obtaining a new sim card through online or phone verification. I would also appreciate it if you could arrange to courier the new sim card to my registered address. Alternatively, my wife can collect it from the nearest Jio office. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you, Venkatesan Mobile: +[redacted]2 Whatsapp: +91 [redacted]

I'm experiencing significant network problems with my Jio service on my MI 3S since moving from Kanpur to Sultanpur. While others in the same house have a reliable Jio network, mine fluctuates drastically, sometimes dropping to 0.5 Kb/s. Oddly, when I tested the speed on the Jio app, it briefly reached over [redacted] kb/s, only to fall back to 3.7 kb/s. I repeated the test three times, and the issue persists despite trying Roaming data and system updates. I'd appreciate a prompt resolution.

I was interested in getting a Jio postpaid connection and went to the showroom in Sector 18. Mr. Mitesh requested me to visit the showroom, but then assured me he would send someone to my address for assistance. Today, I spoke with him, and he promised a visit before 6 PM. However, he later informed me that he would not be coming. I am now unsure of what steps to take next. Thank you, Indu B. [redacted], Sector 28, Arun Vihar, Noida.

Dear Customer Service, I have received reminders for the nonpayment of my postpaid bill for my mobile number [redacted] for the second time in two months. Last month, my mobile services were suspended for three days due to a payment delay of Rs 80.00, as indicated in the current bill as well. I am sharing the reminder for the December '20 bill for your prompt attention to prevent further reminders. Thank you, Col Samuel D.

I previously attempted this method, and the results are as follows. The entire situation appears to be a joke. I need guidance on what steps to take next. I have already provided a detailed explanation of the issue and requested an immediate halt to the unnecessary reminders I have been receiving for the second consecutive month regarding a bill that has already been settled by adjusting it against my credit with your company. The problem likely lies in the bill specifying that payment must be made before a specific date (Dec 18/Nov 18) to avoid service termination. This language should be removed from the bill, and it should clearly state that the amount has been adjusted against the credit balance in the account associated with Jio mobile number. Regarding your attention to the matter, this marks the second month in a row that I have received reminders for nonpayment of the aforementioned postpaid bill for the mobile number *********. Last month, the mobile services were suspended for three days due to non-payment of Rs **.** as indicated in the current bill. The reminder for the Dec '** bill is enclosed below for your prompt action to cease the reminders. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Col Samuel Dhar

I am experiencing ongoing connectivity issues with Jio services that have persisted for over two years. Despite multiple complaints made through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media, along with reaching out to the appellate authority, the problem remains unresolved. My network signal drops completely once I move indoors from outdoors, requiring me to step outside to make calls or even send messages. Attempts to seek assistance from the nearest Jio point have also been unsuccessful. I would appreciate any help with resolving this matter.

My daily internet quota has been exceeded, so I switched to my second non-Jio SIM. Unfortunately, this caused my Jio SIM to be blocked from calls, leading to missed calls I should have received. I typically rely on my Jio SIM for its fast internet speed and great offers, but during times of quota exhaustion, I encounter this issue. While I use my Jio SIM for internet, calls, and messages, switching between SIMs when the daily quota is used up results in "no service" or "emergency calls only" notifications on my Jio SIM, resulting in missed communication. This problem only occurs with my Jio phone, and I didn't face it before using Jio services. To access the internet on my second SIM, I transfer my Jio SIM to another phone to receive calls and continue using the internet with the second SIM. Additionally, I am unable to top up game credits using my Jio SIM, prompting me to use another SIM that allows me to do so. I hope a solution can be found to resolve the "emergency calls only" issue when the internet connection is switched to another SIM.
