My number is **********. I tried calling a non jio number and it said I had insufficient balance. So I recharged my talktime with Rs *** plan which was successful. When i tried again it again said I had insufficient balance. So I recharged again with Rs *** which as successful. When I tried to call again again I got the message that my balance was insufficient recharged again. Again it was successful . But when i tried to call again it said I has insufficient balance Even though my balance in now Rs. ***. **When I called the customer care it asked me to dial **** and the press * to activate my plan. I did that it has made no difference.**If I cant make calls even after recharging then your service is useless. If this is not fixed immediately I will have to change my operator.
