Subject: Unauthorized Installation of Reliance Jio Internet Cable Poles in our Locality - Attention Required To whom it may concern, I am a resident of Kavishalakshipuram, Keelkattalai, Ward No-15 (Pallavaram Municipality). Our area, with over [redacted] families residing in [redacted] plots, is facing an issue with the unauthorized installation of poles by Reliance Jio Internet Cable Providers. The narrow roads sanctioned by MMDA in the early 90s are already a challenge for vehicular movement, and the recent installation of 12-feet poles without consent has further reduced the road width, causing inconvenience to residents. These poles have been placed without seeking permission from our association and have even damaged existing drainage pipes. We have contacted the concerned engineer to request the removal of these poles from the 16-feet narrow lanes, but despite assurances, no action has been taken yet. As per regulations, Internet Service Providers must consider customer needs and adhere to public laws. Therefore, we urge you to intervene and instruct Reliance Jio Internet Cable Providers to promptly remove the unauthorized poles from our area. Best regards, S.B. Our area, with over two hundred families and one hundred and two plots, has narrow streets approved by the MMDA in the early nineties. The electricity poles erected by the EB department have reduced our road width, and recently, Reliance Jio Internet Cable Providers erected large poles without permission, obstructing the narrow streets. These poles have encroached on our drainage pipes and road space. Despite our requests, they have not been removed as promised. As a recent corporate customer of Jio, I had a terrible experience with my business calls being barred due to non-payment. The restoration only happened after 7 hours post payment, leading to significant business losses. I faced criticism from top management due to this issue. Corporate customers like me should receive top-notch treatment since business calls are crucial and shouldn't be blocked over payment delays, a practice not common with other service providers. Jio needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide swift resolution from the start. I urge the Jio management to address this matter promptly and reduce activation time.

I topped up my Jio number {redacted} on August 7, [redacted], with the Rs. [redacted] plan. However, after my previous plan expired, a wrong plan of Rs. 99 got activated inexplicably. I had sufficient balance deducted for Rs. [redacted], and I even received a successful recharge message. I kindly request for this issue to be investigated and rectified. Since July, I have ported my number, [redacted], from Vodafone in Delhi to Jio in Jammu. I am experiencing technical issues with the new SIM card, despite visiting the Reliance store in Vikas Puri multiple times. They suggested trying the green SIM card, which I did with an FIR, but the problem persists. I have contacted customer service several times, and they have logged my complaints, yet the issue remains unresolved. The service station checked my phone settings and found no issues, indicating a problem from Jio's end which has resulted in blocked calls and texts. This number is crucial to me, and I request immediate assistance to rectify this or advise if I should switch to another network. Please address this matter promptly and provide a swift response.

I recently signed up for a new Fiber connection at my residence. Despite a couple of unsuccessful attempts, two individuals arrived on 10/09/[redacted] at 6 pm to set up the connection but encountered issues, leaving me without a signal. Even after agreeing to a revisit, the technicians requested an OTP from me, which I declined until the job was done. Following this, they left and have since been unresponsive to my calls. I reached out to customer care, but they were unable to offer a solution. A technician who finally answered my call later explained he was on leave, and another team would address the problem, though no one has come by or provided an explanation for the delay while claiming the service works. Hello, I'm Hardeep Singh, a former Jio SIM user with the number [redacted]. I had associated this number with my account but stopped using it for about six months. When I recently attempted to log into my account, I couldn't remember my login details. I need the number to reset my password, but I understand that Jio's policy is to reissue numbers not used for over 90 days. The new owner of the number is unwilling to provide me with the OTP needed to reset my account password. The account is under Xiaomi, and without the OTP, I cannot access my phone. I have tried to cooperate with the current user by sharing my details, but they have refused to help. I added my number to Reliance Jio on September 2, [redacted], with a [redacted] recharge for 84 days. However, my outgoing calls have been disconnected. I was under the impression that the [redacted] recharge plan included unlimited calls. Can you please clarify this for me? As a customer of Reliance Jio, I rely on your company's promised unlimited outgoing calls. I am disappointed and seek an explanation regarding the unlimited plan you offer. I need help with my mother's Jio number - [redacted]. She is currently in Canada, where international roaming was activated for her last year. I topped up her balance on May 11 so she could make calls while roaming, but she hasn't been able to reach me. I just added 10Rs to her number now. However, when I turn on data and roaming to call an Indian number, it says the call cannot be completed as dialled.

On September 23rd, I recharged my mobile number [redacted], but the payment failed. The payment went through from my bank via Paytm, but the recharge did not activate on my phone. Then, on September 25th, I recharged with Rs. [redacted], and that one got activated. However, the payment for the September 23rd recharge was not refunded. When I check the recharge history on my mobile number, it shows that the recharge from the 23rd is activated. Please look into this carefully to determine which recharge is actually active, and once verified, please proceed with refunding the payment for the unpaid recharge.

After recharging my Jio for 3 months, it is disappointing that even though they promise 4G, it feels like 1G. Jio's service quality has degraded, making people feel like their money is being misused. It seems like Jio is deceiving customers by not even providing a valid contact number for support. They bombard users with unnecessary messages and their IVR machine is useless. It's frustrating that even after 20 days, the internet is terribly slow, taking 30 minutes to open a single image. This situation needs to be highlighted publicly to showcase the poor service provided by Jio. It's time they improve their service or issue refunds promptly.

Hello, I am a new Jio customer, after recently porting my Vodafone number which I have been using for the past 10 years. Working in Saudi Arabia, I rely on my Indian number for banking OTPs, WhatsApp, and other services, including my Apple ID. Jio's superior network prompted my switch, and using its E-sim feature on my dual-sim iPhone XS Max was seamless until I got a replacement phone under warranty from Apple, disrupting my daily activities. With my Apple ID and other accounts tied to my Jio number, I can't register the E-sim on my new phone remotely. The customer service advised I need to be in India for a live photo to re-register, which is not feasible for me. I urgently need an alternate solution, whether remotely registering the E-sim or arranging a physical duplicate sim from India. I can provide necessary documents or affidavits as per company policy. When I went to the Jio store to collect the phone, they couldn't locate any vouchers or coupons related to my online booking. Jio company seems to be a very bad company as I have been trying to reach Jio customer care for the past 48 hours and cannot get through. Because of this, I will file a case of harassment against Jio for 1 crore rupees. If Jio does not contact me as a customer, I will file a case of 1 crore rupees as I have been trying to call for 8 hours and no one is answering. I am facing a lot of problems due to this. Jio company is a fraud company because it used to be okay before, but now it has become fraudulent, causing me a loss of one crore. Please make the effort to pay me one crore.

I have been in Veraval, Gujarat for the last 2.5 years, but every time I speak with your representative, they mention that setting up a tower in our area will take 90 days. I have never experienced the promised 4G speeds when I first got my Jio SIM two years ago. I believe this is a tactic by Mukesh Ambani to attract customers, only to disappoint them later. Whenever I contact Jio's complaint number, they attribute the slow internet speed to high traffic. The speed is even slower than Airtel's 2G connection. I find this unacceptable and believe it to be a major issue in Indian telecommunication history. I demand a resolution within a week, or I will escalate the matter to the government of India. I switched my number from Airtel to Jio (mobile number: [redacted]), but now I feel Airtel performs better. Sometimes my calls don't connect, and I have to restart my phone. This needs to be addressed promptly. Please take action on this matter.

My incoming and outgoing calls on my number, [redacted], have been blocked for over a month now, and I am extremely frustrated with the service. Despite having data, I am unable to make or receive calls. I have visited the Jio galleries in Mahim and Bandra, but they were unable to fix the issue. They provided me with a new SIM card that worked briefly, but then the calling functionality stopped again. Please assist me in resolving this problem, or else I will have to discontinue the service.

I recharged my mobile on 5/12/[redacted] with 50 rupees. However, I am unable to make calls. I then recharged with 10 rupees on 6/12/[redacted]. My call history suggests I recharged again. I am frustrated as I can't register my complaint with customer care. Please provide a valid number to contact customer service or address this issue promptly. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.
