I lost my Jio number, [redacted], when my mobile was stolen in Assam during my travels. Despite providing a copy of the FIR along with my Aadhar card details, the Jio outlet in Kolkata Park Street is simply misleading customers. They are suggesting that I buy a new SIM valid for one year or a Jio phone before they can assist me, which is unacceptable. It has been 10 days, and when I visited today, they were not only rude to me but also to senior citizens. This treatment of customers is disappointing. In comparison, I have experienced remarkable service at Vodafone outlets. It is essential for Jio to improve its customer service before losing customers to Vodafone or Airtel, who prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to bring smiles to their customers' faces, unlike the harassment I have faced.

This is my third attempt to contact Jio regarding my mobile number [redacted]. I recharged my card with Rs. [redacted].00 for use in the US, which quickly ran out. I then recharged it again for the same amount and received an acknowledgment from Jio. However, I am unable to use the recharged card as my account shows no money. Despite trying to contact Jio, I keep receiving a message saying "not registered on the network." I hope Jio will resolve this issue promptly, or I may have to address it with higher-ups upon my return to India. Even visiting an AT&T store, our network partner, did not provide a solution.

Hello Team, I am following up on my request to port my number from Airtel to Jio. The porting process was initiated on February 8th through Jio Agent Hazaribagh in Jharkhand. I have completed all necessary formalities by submitting the required documents and providing an alternate number. Since then, I have traveled abroad for work and have the alternate number with me, which is active in Europe. I was informed that the activation would take place within 7 days and a tele verification pin would be sent to my alternate number before activation. Despite having the active alternate number, I have not received the pin for activation. Every time I call customer support, they mention that the SMS has been successfully sent to the alternate number. I would like to emphasize that the number being ported to Jio is an Indian number. I seek assistance in receiving the verification SMS as contacting the support agent from Europe has been challenging. Please contact me at +[redacted]9. I look forward to your response.

Hello, I am Lourenço F. from the OutSystems IT team. OutSystems has received complaints from users attempting to access www.outsystems.com using the JIO provider. While access is possible with other providers, it seems to be blocked on this particular network. www.outsystems.com is supposed to be classified under Information and Technology, and this categorization should remain consistent, unless a behavior prompting a change is identified. Upon reviewing the www.jio.com site, it appears that products like JioSecurity and Link Guard are responsible for regulating user access to websites. I am seeking the following information: 1. Could you provide the site category rating for www.outsystems.com? 2. Please explain why the site is being blocked and if there is a specific quarantine or block period before the access can be restored. 3. Kindly outline the process to lift the block on the site. I'm experiencing data usage problems at my workplace. The Jio cabling installation at our CHS in Chembur (Aishwarya, Pestom Sagar Rd #4, Chembur) is damaged. The pipes with cables are hanging at multiple places on our society compound wall. We have Jio system customers, and their connection will be affected if this installation is not fixed properly and immediately by your technician. I have sent three emails regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from you. Initially, for a few days, Jio's service was fine when it was free, but after recharging, the service deteriorated. YouTube doesn't work, nor does Jio TV. We bought the SIM to use at home, but it's frustrating. We can't seem to contact customer service, and the overall experience has been disappointing. This is worse than Airtel. We've been enduring this for six months, but now our patience has run out. It's frustrating when Jio representatives are unresponsive. We are willing to pay for service, but the quality needs to improve. We don't need YouTube or JioTV, just reliable service for calls. This situation is beyond tolerable. Jio needs to step up their game or we'll have to switch providers. Bogus.

Dear Sir, Today, I am once again requesting to disconnect my email number. My number is [redacted]. The level of harassment towards customers by your company is truly unexpected. I never thought Jio's service would be this poor and that it would be so difficult to deactivate a number. Why? You are aware that we are your customers, and yet you provide us with such poor service. Why is my number not disconnecting from your end? I made the request on the 18th, and today is May 5th, and the number is still active. I am truly shocked by your behavior. I should have the freedom to decide whether to continue using the number or not. Why are you not disconnecting it? When I asked your customer service representative, they mentioned that because I have a prime membership, the number cannot be deactivated. What kind of new excuse is this? Your membership should have expired on March 31st, and now it's already May 5th. Why are you putting me through this harassment? If I made a mistake by getting a number with your Jio company, please forgive me. I promise not to make this mistake again in the future. However, please rectify this mistake now and deactivate my number immediately. I cannot wait any longer. On August 23, [redacted], I placed an order for 40 Jio Handsets and made a Rs. 20,[redacted] deposit via Net Banking with reference number [redacted][redacted] through Bank Account Number [redacted]0 at Allahabad Bank, Bhilwara. Despite being assured of delivery within a month, I have yet to receive the items. My attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful, with promises of callbacks going unfulfilled. It has been 16 months of waiting, causing business losses. I have requested a refund due to having to purchase phones elsewhere, but my pleas have been ignored. I urge immediate action to resolve this issue. Attached is a detailed list of the received and outstanding handsets. Kindly respond promptly.

I am having issues with my Jio number, [redacted], where I am unable to make calls for the past month. I have contacted customer service multiple times, spending over [redacted] rupees on calls. Every time I call, I am given false promises of a quick fix within hours or a day but have not received any resolution. I have requested to speak with a manager on multiple occasions but have yet to receive a callback after 6 days. I also want to report an advisor named Yogender, who was rude and unhelpful during my call on 01/05/[redacted] at 6:05 pm. I am extremely disappointed with the service received and would like a refund for the full amount I prepaid for the year. The current service is unacceptable, with the SIM card only working sporadically.

Hello, I am Mohammed Ehtesham from Hakeempet Kunta near Masjid A Wadiya Quba. I have been facing increasing network issues lately, requiring me to step outside for calls and internet use. I reached out to a Jio customer care executive about this concern 1-2 years ago, and was promised a network setup within 40 days. Unfortunately, it has been over 1 year, and the issue persists. I kindly request Jio to address this matter promptly to avoid me and my family, totaling 6-8 users, from considering porting our SIM cards to a different provider. We are experiencing great inconvenience due to this ongoing problem and would appreciate a resolution soon. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Jio Lyf phone and unfortunately encountered issues with the sound and keypad. I visited the retail store where I bought the phone, and they redirected me to the main office in Jeyopre, Odisha. At the office, a security guard requested that I fill out a form. I complied and submitted my handset with the SIM card and battery, but no receipt was provided. When I requested a receipt, I was informed that they couldn't issue one for the handset. Despite my insistence, they refused to acknowledge my complaint. I am unsure if this is the standard procedure for handling concerns for Jio Prime members.

I recently recharged with the 28-day, 98Rs plan for 2GB data per day. However, it doesn't seem to be activated yet. I've had to do additional 11Rs or 21Rs booster recharges every day to use the internet. Last night, I did another 11Rs recharge, and today, despite it being the day I should have 2GB from my plan, my internet was very slow. I ended up doing another 21Rs recharge. I'd appreciate some assistance with this. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer care number to speak to a real person instead of an IVR system.

I am experiencing network issues with my Jio 4G sim card. Currently, I am accessing the website using an Airtel network on my dual sim handset. Despite activating an 84-day plan on June 8, [redacted], I am unable to connect using my Jio sim due to poor network coverage. Without the Airtel connection, reaching your website would not have been possible. I am unsure if I signed up successfully as I did not receive an OTP due to the network problems with Jio. 1. On June 15, [redacted], I topped up my phone with Rupees 20 and received 16 Rupees as talk time. The bank and Jio confirmed the transaction. However, when trying to make a call, the service indicated insufficient balance, despite restarting the phone. Assistance is needed to address this issue. 2. Also, on the same day, I purchased a Rupees 21 4G data voucher using the same payment method. Though I received the payment confirmation messages and OTP, the new data voucher does not appear on the Voucher Menu. Urgent resolution of these problems is requested. I am experiencing an issue with my Jio app that has caused it to stop working. Consequently, I am unable to recharge my second Jio number, [redacted], through the app. Previously, both of my accounts were linked, but now I am having trouble switching between them as my JioFi number is shown as not linked. When attempting to link them, an OTP is sent to my alternate Jio number, which has a very short validity period. Unfortunately, I am unable to enter the OTP as the SIM card is currently with my sister in Maharashtra. By the time she receives and sends it back, the time limit has expired. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I'm looking to enable the VoLTE feature on my Samsung Galaxy S8 (model S8 G950F) that I purchased in France. The firmware on this phone differs from what is standard in India. In France, with the Orange operator, VoLTE is automatically enabled and works seamlessly without any problems. I haven't found a specific option in my settings to toggle VoLTE on or off, but it functions well with Orange. After researching online, some sources suggest updating the firmware to the Indian version for my specific model and assessing the outcome. When I reached out to Samsung customer support, they mentioned that certain network configurations need to be adjusted by the operator to activate VoLTE. Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your attention that we previously had 35 internet connections. In January [redacted], we requested to split the bills into two accounts and receive two separate invoices, and we have already provided all the necessary documents for this purpose. Despite our efforts, the account has not been split, and I have continued to receive manual bills until last month. However, this month I have not received any bills, either manually or split, which may lead to the potential disconnection of the Jio numbers. I have been experiencing slow internet speed and issues with my Outlook for the past two months. I reached out to customer care but haven't received a satisfactory solution. I am using a Redmi Note 6 in an area with strong network coverage, I have reset the APN settings, turned on data roaming, and disabled the data limit. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and feel like I am being deceived by the poor service. If my problem is not addressed within the next 24 hours, I will escalate this matter further.
