My jio no.********** My net speed is very slow. I contacted jio toll free no. They informed I used my daily data *.* Gb limit ***% today at ** am itself, even though I have not used fully. Hence net work speed is reduced. I couldn't use internet. Hence I have recharged Rs. ** for *gb at ** am today, but till now it is not recharged my jio no. I received sms msg from Jionet My recharge order is received under TRAN ID BR****XRZLNK . Please recharge immediately. I contacted toll free no *now. They informed the same old msg. that I used ***% data
GetHuman-baslat did not yet indicate what Jio should do to make this right.
