Good afternoon. I was going to shop at your store in Brunswick, GA. There were five people working there they saw us at the gate we had to yell at them a couple of times to ask them what time they open. They said ** we so left we came back. The other stores opened at * and some *:**. There were more people at the gate it was ** till ** then * till ** but they didn't open the gate until * after **. We did not purchase anything because when they opened the store, they young girl walk back and conversated amongst themselves never ask the customers can I help you find something, is there something in particular you're looking for. They need to go back to *** customer service. That's extremely rude to not greet or help customers. Personally I think you probably need to send several secret shoppers in there and watch your store and merchandise.
