Hi Jillian. I have a question about the keto diet. First of all it’s not a fad. It’s been around a long time. My question to you is this. Since starting keto my skin has cleared up. I was diagnosed with ** basal cell carcinomas a year ago and had ** removed. The doctor said my only option was surgery. Since going keto six months ago I have zero basal cells currently. The doctor can’t explain it. I’m an ultra marathoner and have noticed significant improvements in my running. My skin is better, my mood is better and I’m thinking more clearly. I make sure I eat vegetables with every meal. Keto does not mean no vegeatables. I didn’t need to lose weight so that was never an issue. I can’t help but wonder whose back pocket your in. I have noticed nothing but positive effects from this way of eating. We’re all different. I understand that there is no one plan fits all.
