I wrote to you because yesterday on april **th, **** I was on flight **** from Haiti to FLL, because of your one hour delay I missed my flight to Tampa. I find it really unacceptable to treat customers this way. Not only did I miss my flight with Silver airlines I could not find anyone to talk to and there was no other flight to Tampa in terminal *. I had no one at FLL. I think this is disrespectful on your part. I want to be reimbursed for my flight with Silver because I had to get another ticket. **Thank you for your prompt response and i expect to receive a positive message from you. My confirmation flight BTUELB and for silver airlines *KNNDX.
