The issue in GetHuman-mburw's own words

I was trying to obtain a trip refund from Expedia Travel Services ... We were scheduled for travel RT MCO-EWR, on March **-**,****, Confirmation MFSMUO. Due to COVID, the trip had to be cancelled This was done with Agent-AMANDA. The trip was booked thru EXPEDIA Travel Service, they were informed of the cancellation and the reason for same. They have been stonewalling in making the return of funds for the flight . In our efforts to resolve the issue, we wanted to get JETBLUE's side. Each time someone from Expedia respond to e-mails, it is a new name. We plan to file a complaint with the US Department of Transportation. WE will be grateful for any help you may offer. WE WANT A REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED TRIP.

We would get a different agent and response each time e-mails were sent.

GetHuman-mburw did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
