Our flight was previously moved from **** at * pm to **** at * am. Then today, * weeks before the flight, it was cancelled. I rescheduled and was able to use my Travel bank, however I still had to pay the difference. I understand that Covid ** is still a concern, but since the flight was cancelled and I did not change it myself, i feel it is unfair that i should have to pay anything additional. Given that we had previously paid for a flight, since Jet Blue cancelled the flight, they should allow us to rebook on another flight with no additional cost - especially during these hard times when many people are affected, and have lost their jobs. I would like to be credited the amount of the difference we paid since Jet Blue cancelled the flight.
