Get a refund their lines are busy can't get through ... On Saturday I purchased * one way tickets Boston to Burbank for Wednesday March ** reservation number HKWWUA for Jacklyn S. Florman and Zoe T. Ward, two college students trying to return home. My daughter Jacklyn Florman was trying to fly with her friend on Wednesday’s flight but Colby College in Waterville Maine would not approve extra nights on Campus to accommodate the travel. I had to purchase another ticket for Jacklyn Florman reservation SNNLSJ for March **, **** Boston to Burbank because of this rejection to stay on campus. I tried to go on line as the phones were busy and unreachable but was unable to cancel one ticket or separate the itinerary splitting it. Unable to there is no way to do this online. I need to refund my daughter’s second ticket for March** as I also paid for * pieces of luggage pre-checked $*** for the ticket plus luggage fees I pre-paid. We were given no notice from Colby College they were told Thursday to pack and make arrangements and originally said students would be given days to accommodate flights home with a * *** hr bus ride to Logan Airport. Colby through all the US students off campus making no accommodation, I had to pay for * night in a hotel. I also paid for her friends ticket to Burbank Zoe Ward as she was stranded from another school, the school made no arrangements for her. This has been awful, stressful and financially a hit. My daughter Jacklyn said after I paid for * bags for the Monday flight SNNLSJ the gate agent charged an extra $*** for oversize additionally. I find these actions really unfair as the colleges kicked the kids out, they had to pack up and store equipment*bedding etc. **Please refund the unused ticket for March ** and baggage fees I paid. My daughter loves JetBlue this is her chosen airline to and from Maine, has to fly into Boston and take a Bus. I had a very hard time booking her Monday I don’t think I was able to put her jet blue number in as well. All was charge to my credit card.
You can't split a reservation or cancel one ticket when * people are booked on the same itinerary the system does not permit and the phones were busy.
Refund unused ticket and baggage paid
My daughter travels JetBlue back and forth from College many trips per school year.
Tried calling and filling out form online.
